Very friendly and helpful especially when I needed to change trucks not realizing one I rented didn’t have a ramp. They quickly found a resolution so I could get my furniture delivered on time over 500 mile drive. Thank you

Atrocious customer service, and extremely unprofessional and incompetent staff, especially the Manager Jackie , the queen of uselessness.Took my vehicle for a hitch install, ended up with a $3000 repair at the BMW dealership thanks to them. Be cautious if you decide to install a hitch, they have no idea what they’re doing.

Great customer service and great facility. The staff was friendly and professional. My trailer was clean and ready to go. I like the app and drop-off feature for after-hours. The price for the rental was fantastic. I don't see any room for improvement as everything was just right. Thank you, UHaul !

Make sure the mileage and the gas picture match EXACTLY with their records. I misinterpreted the gas gauge and got charged for 2 gallons of gas even though I had put in a gallon and a half (for a 15 mile trip). I should have put in $10.00 and saved myself $5.00.

Work on customer service. Do not take 1 hour to give a customer his reserved rental. Do not be sarcastic to the customer. If you don’t like your job there then just quit. With 7 people working there and only one person is working the rental computer, that’s why it was taking an hour. All the other employees just walking around.

As soon as we pulled up, Eunice was coming towards us to check in the equipment and unhook our UV. I told her I was already doing the online check in and even though she saw my husband unhooking the trailer, she offered her assistance and finished unhooking the trailer for us. Thank you for your awesome customer service .

My reservation was a little complicated so I called several times to make sure everything was correct. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and wanted to help me.I needed a hitch installed for a last-minute move and I paid $50 for expedited shipping. The hitch arrived in time and the install went fine. I scheduled to have a trailer installed a few hours later on the same day but, when they went to install it, they found the hitch had the wrong ball size. Instead of just swapping them out, I had to pay for the correct one. I wished they had paid attention a little more to my reservation since they knew what trailer I was getting in advance. I ended up paying about $1,000 for a hitch, hitch install, and their smallest trailer.Everything worked out in the end but overall the experience was stressful and expensive.

I was a little worried about coming to this location because of past reviews. Although there was only one person working inside, he took care us fairly quickly. He was very honest about pricing and deals available to us. Markos Cruz did a great job.

Very bad serviceThey over charge for everythingIncompetent and lack of accountabilityI had reserved on the website until 6 and they told me i had until 4:30 to return for cleaning, if not they were going to charge $70 , when i picked up the truck it had no gas, when i returned it they said i needed to put more than $20 of gas if not they were going to charge me $58 this is insane

Now I remember why I had stop using Uhaul. I had made a reservation 10 days in advance for a Saturday pick up at 200pm. Arrived at 2:34pm and had to wait 20 min for the only employee to finish with the person ahead of me. When it was my turn I told the employee I had a reservation. I was told since I was late, my equipment had been released and my reservation canceled.
