I love coming to Ulta because the employees are always ready to help. I’m always greeted right when I walk through the door and offered assistance. I really appreciate that the employees always inform me of any deals going on.

BEWARE OF SCAMS!! Recently went online to buy gifts for cyber monday and found a great deal where you spend 80$ and get a bag of 21 expensive samples for free thats valued at 60$. It was my first time purchasing anything from Ulta, I get an email a few days after saying that it was out of stock, I called to see if there was any solution available to which they sent a 15$ gift card.. I told them that 15$ isn't the same as a 60$ beauty bag that was promised and asked if there was any other solution to which I got no help. Please do not buy when they try to offer 'free gifts' with high amount purchases. Very upset my first time ordering was a bad experience. I will be sending back my 90$ worth of gifts back, and won't support a company that won't keep their end of the bargain.

Rude general manager. Its suppose to be a welcoming environment. I felt judged being followed around by the general manager from the moment i walked in. Didn’t even ask if i needed help. Left me alone once i got in line but she went behind the counter. Never coming back

Associates were rude, unhelpful. Attempted to make a purchase 3 days in a row... computer system down... could not accept credit cards, could not verify purchase made online. Long line to make purchases. Ended up leaving without buying anything, requested refund for online/pickup at store purchase!

During my shopping, a worker would follow me through out the store. Everytime I picked up an item to read a lable I was as interrupted. I spent $109, I guess I wasn't there to steal.

Let me start off by saying that the whole store is not bad. Most of the employees provide excellent customer service. The rent-a-cop (a/k/a: security guard) was an absolute jerk. I sneezed in the store and he freaked out. I told him that it's just allergies (I have dealt with this all of my adult life) and wearing the mask (which I was doing), made my nose run even more. He literally followed me and watched me the entire time I was in the store. I think if I would have sneezed one more time, he would have kicked me out. Don't think I'll be back to this location. I'll just order online or go to Sephora.
