I had a large set of antique china that needed to be packed and shipped. Despite being very busy, Roger took everything then kept me posted on costs, preparations and time. The package arrive completely intact and wrapped perfectly! Thank you!

The reviews here are 3 years old or more. So I wanted to post an update. My experience was great, super easy and free to return an item to Amazon without box or label. In and out in less than 2 minutes. The customer service was professional and friendly.

Get in, get out. I felt like adding this review for anyone in my situation. I was misled by Amazon due to their constantly changing shipping policies.
As of this review, if your return product includes multiple items, it may list only one item as a Return item but won’t list the others, even if you elect to Return Multiple Items in one order. It will have a tracking code for the one item, and still allow you to start another return order.
This change was so confusing even Amazon’s representatives didn’t have an answer. The UPS store people I spoke to did.
It’s worth asking why Amazon, the company, made this change when it leads to more confusion and more headaches. It used to be you just drop off the package and leave, but now you have to watch the return process like a hawk and hope whoever opens it at the warehouse gets it right.
Put your faith in the everyman, not the bizarre company practices that “fixes” things that didn’t need fixing.

Great experience, the store was clean, and the guys at the counter were very polite!
I got all my stuff ready to scan for my Amazon returns, I was in and out in less than 2 minutes. Good job!

I was expecting a package from 2 days ago and the rep assisting me to me it probably got lost if it’s a phone. Very suspicious and no integrity. Basically I cannot trust my packages with UPS if it’s of value. I personally spoke to someone on the phone and verified that they had received the package and it was in the store. Very disappointed.

Poor service and employees that couldn't care less about doing anything more than scanning in your package. Avoid this place at all costs. It's always super packed too. Use Fedex across the street instead. It's faster and the price is usually very similar.

35 degrees and barely raining, yet this store is closed because of “inclement weather and power outages” there haven’t been any power outages. At least 10 other cars pulled up while I was there. I’ve been waiting over an hour to speak to corporate and the representative on the phone tried to tell me that this location was open.
