Lady at the pharmacy was rude. Suddenly from having a conversation in the intercom, she could not hear me... after I asked for a medication that has been delayed 4 days. She told me she could not hear me if I speak inside the car. It was a joke! Today I moved my business to another pharmacy. I don't need the lack of professionalism nor rude girls to deal with.

Had a vaccine appointment that. I made online. Preregistration was also done online. Arrived 30 minutes early to wait 20 minutes to check in for someone who did not register. Not enough places to sit. I asked about time since it was 20 minutes past my appointment and told I was next. I was not. 50 minutes after my appointment time I was seen. Why bother with appointments? Went to check out upfront and no one watching the registers. Not what i expect from Walgreens.

Terrible customer service, I don't understand the point of getting an appointment to get vaccination shot if you still have to wait more than 30 minutes to be attended, to me that's just stupid!

This is the best pharmacy I have ever been to. Both pharmacists here have been extremely helpful- Amanda and I believe the other one is Christina. They have both gone above and beyond. Excellent customer service. Definitely recommend.
