the tech I talked to over the phone seemed rude but I just dismissed it. The pharmacist lectured me about telling her why I had to share my doctor’s diagnosis with her. I’m like no it’s none of your business but she said it was. According to the state board I don’t have to tell them so I was right. Last time I go to Walgreens period. HEB is slightly better.

I'd give it less than one star if I could. Was feeling under the weather and wanted to get a covid text just to be sure. I show up for my appointment and they tell me they dont have any tests. This is something that should have been conveyed to me since the day before. Instead they waited till my exact appointment time to tell me I had waisted my time, when I could have scheduled at a better walgreens.

Walgreens pharmacy has deplorable customer starting with the pharmacist. Every time I get my medications they give me a difficult time. This last time they refused to give a family member of mine the medication because the driver's license had a small tear. I hope they never have to experience what it's like to have a terminal illness and on top of that deal with people that make things difficult for you just because they feel like it. Never seen anything like this.

If you need urgent medicine, taking into account that all medicines are urgent, I recommend you go to another pharmacy since they will have it ready for you in hours? and they will not give you an answer only if you come later.

AWFUL!!!
They never know anything, they never have anything and the insurance never catches anything. Terrible service, I have had to use it 3 times and they were never able to help me. I had to look for medicine for my baby at another pharmacy. This was the last time, I will never stop here again. Avoid the pain now that you can.

rude employee. today asked her if they carried a specific item... and she just walked away, nothing not a word, just like follow me like a dog. i just stood there taken aback like really?. manager needs to step in and step it up.

If your a Veteran trying to use the 'Mission Act' to get medication this is the pharmacy to use. I went to both CVS in brownsville to get medication using the VA and one told me they couldn't help me and the other said the process is to hard so they don't do it. I was helped by Ernest who said he didn't know about it but took it upon himself to make the calls and help me out. He called me back and I was able to get my medication. I'm thankfull for Ernest going out of his way to help me out I hope other veterans in the area who are in need of medication and are using the Mission Act see this and know they will be helped here.

I am a frequent customer here at both the pharmacy and the front end - I have NEVER had any issues; the pharmacist and techs are always super nice and have my medications ready before I go pick them up. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The only thing is the costumer service. The young kids at front on the registers extremely rude with no manners. ???Their attitudes are like I don't care.
