Worse service ever. I order a photo album and never get it after very long time waiting, and when I request customer service they ignored me.

It's a Walmart, so, that answers a lot. I know that we are still in a pandemic and all, but really; there are no registers opened at all. Only the self checkouts are opened. It's very simple to make errors and have to wait for a associate to clear the problem. They can also be confusing to some who aren't tech savvy or don't understand english; the language it's in. They are fine for a couple of items, but for a whole cart or two full of groceries. There is a little space, but to scan then bag then put back in a cart that is still full is problematic. Would it kill them to open one or two registers for those that don't like to use the self-checkout? No, it wouldn't.

INCOMPETENCE TO THE EXTREME!! Ok I dont like writing bad reviews but these guys are really bad. Submitted an online order that should have been ready in an hour and I got an email there would be a delay. At least I got an email. Anyway, I go the NEXT DAY to pick them up and I should have checked them before leaving, but turns out they have really bad lines on them (from the printer). I cant believe they didn't notice this and they didn't even bother to try to fix it. Went back to re-order, turns out they needed to clean their printer heads. OK just fix this please. They clean the printer heads, and re-print and the problem is still there (but not as bad) but still looks pretty bad. Just give me my money back on the business card I used to pay online. Turns out they cant do that either, they gave me a cash refund!! Wasted a whole day here!!! I ended up going to the San Benito Walmart and they printed them from my USB in less than 15 minutes with no issues. NEVER AGAIN!! STAY AWAY FROM WALMART PHOTO CENTER ON RUBEN TORRES.
