My Experience at Zales has been excellent. Especially with the help of Ms. Karen at the Brownsville location. Shes helped me out find the perfect pieces I wanted and advice with the jewelry we have bought through the years. We are very glad to shop at zales and will continue to buy more jewelry.

Bought the Blue Angel watch for Christmas. When the time change happened, could not change the time. The store sent it to Zales main office, one month later, they could not adjust. Wasted month. All of this on an almost 1k watch. Zales Brownsville, Ben finally resolved the issue. Thank you Ben.

This Zales Location has been the Best! Always great service and great attitude. Just ask for Karen she will take care of you, she is extremely Knowledgeable about the products, she explained the stones and settings in a way that made it easy for me to make a decision.
