I usually enjoy my experience when visiting Allsups. However today Novemberwas the exception. I was patiently waiting in line when the female employee that was working the register was talking it up and wasting everyone's time in line advocating that she was from San Francisco and bla bla bla. Finally got to me and I got my ID out for the beer and showed it to her and while I was holding the beer. She said my id was upside down and she then she threw her arms up in the
Air and wasn't going to serve me. The rudeness was out of control from this woman. I have family that works for Allsups. I have used this store as my go to store for the past 5 years. I grew up in Brownwood and have always been a frequent shopper at Allsups. Can't imagine this person making Allsups better for the Brownwood community.

Usually love Allsup's, but today had bad experience. Filled up, and the gas nozzle did not automatically shut off. Gas everywhere, all over shoes, sox, and pants. Money loss due to lost gas. Clerk was alerted that it needed a clean up, repair, and out of order sign for now. Clerk not interested.

My husband went in to get a refill in his ALLSUPS cup. The lady behind the counter called him a liar and that it was a new cup. M Will not be stopping there again. Want to give a zero rating.
