The lady sweeping the parking lot was very nice but the boy at the register was not very nice or couldn't help me understand how to send a text message to you about getting my email's again. I couldn't hear him very well through the plexy glass . I asked him if he had a piece of paper so I could write down the information to text. He looked at me funny and acted like he was looking around, so I said " there are a lot of receipts just sitting on the check out printer and he could let me use the back of one of those papers so I could write down the information because I'm elderly I don't hear well I don't see well and he acted like it was a big imposition to ask him for one of those receipt papers that they just throw in the trash when they get enough of them I guess but then I had to ask him do you have a pen for me to write this down on so I love the store been shopping there for almost 12 years now live right down the street from it but I did not care for the service I got from that young man today he was very like he's heavy set young very dumb really in a lot of ways how he looks at you and how he treats people. Any way after a few intense couple of hours, my neighbor came over and walked me through the steps. Training, training, training I say.

The store is great the franchise is great but the way they treat the customers like not letting them know about the two corn dogs and a drink or whatever deals you all got going on with the card is a customer they don't tell him about the promotions they don't tell them about nothing so I think you're loyalty customers should really be getting a pat on the back about signing up and being a customer and being a true customer you know a steady customer because well your managers and everything else should know their job that's all I got to say but the franchise is great the store is awesome everything's okay

All of the Alon gas stations are a joy to strip and stretch our legs from our road trip. They always have clean bathrooms and quality gas and snacks! Highly recommend
