“We moved in July of 2025 and so far have had an amazing experience living here. Kinley and Ninfa in the office are great at their job they are always polite when you have to talk to them and they always send out a monthly calendar informing you of what's going on that month. The property manager is very friendly and is always willing to help with whatever issues may occur, the property itself is always taken care of and they take pride in the curb appeal, they are pet friendly and have dog parks and pools which is a great way to cool down on a hot summer day here in Texas, the maintenance team is always responsive in a timely fashion and are good at what they do. Pricing is reasonable for today's housing market and they always make you feel like family when you talk to them. Hands down highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live with amazing staff for a reasonable price!!!!!”

“Truly love this place! The management team is awesome Kelsey and Sabrina are super helpful and kind. The price is honestly great for everything that’s included, and the apartments feel very homey unlike some apartments. Maintenance requests are handled pretty quickly too. You always see them running around and anytime I’ve requested something or had any questions they’ve came in super fast to get us all fixed up. The only thing I’d touch on is the walls are a bit thin, haha. So sometimes you’ll hear some interesting things but it is what is.”
