“My new go to auto mechanic!Robert is awesome. No b.s. I am not a Moron when it comes to car maintenance, I just don't "do" most of it, but I do know about it. Robert is honest and knows his stuff, I don't feel like he would take advantage of anyone, he has enough business that he doesn't need to "make up" stuff that needs to be "repaired". I wonder why. Drive by and see how busy he isI did a lot of research on my 90k mile service and I refuse to take my Tundra to Bruner Toyota. Trans Texas tire recommended Carlton. I'm glad they did. Robert was on point with what my research told me, he said some of the same things that I already knew about when and how to do certain things. “My wife was leaving town for Austin when a message flashed on her screen indicating a problem. She immediately took the car into the service center at Big Country Ford and they promptly went to work to diagnose the situation. They soon identified a faulty battery as the culprit and replaced it in time for her to be on her way quickly. The battery (previously purchased at BCFord) was still under warranty and the entire event was covered without additional charge.
