“They found the problem very quickly and fixed it. I am talking about the Ford dealership in Brownwood. We had the truck taken to have the same thing done in Comanche before and they had it for two weeks, three months later we took the truck to the ford dealership in Brownwood they had it one day and fixed right.”
“Wasn’t a big fan of them trying to sell me a car that smelled like an ashtray and try to downplay it. They sold me a used jeep that was dirty and had dog hair. Told them about it and was promised a “free detail” however to this day haven’t heard anything. Secondly, had a random number contact in regards to a recall issue and never heard anything back from them either. Although aside from all of that everyone inside was super nice and friendly especially the nice lady who answered the phone.”

“I was visiting Brownwood and made the silly mistake of leaving my keys in the ignition in the ON position (not running, just draining the battery). After shopping downtown for a couple of hours, I returned to the car to discover my dead battery. I called this garage and they sent help immediately. A very nice man named Jason brought his battery charger and started it right up, refusing any payment. I'm very impressed with their friendliness and helpfulness. Thank you very much!!”
