“Had a low tire pressure show up while on a road trip and brownwood was the last “large” town I was driving through.Despite having a lot of vehicles in the shop they seem to have a guy dedicated to patching tires and I was out in about 20? Minutes or so, and it was only 10$ so it was definitely worth it. Seems like a good honest shop”

“Had a good experience today. The customer service guy seemed pretty knowledgeable and was very polite. He was also quite patient. He ended up saving me a fair amount on an oil kit. They had everything I needed, except for a filter for the motor. I got a cabin filter, oil, and an oil filter. I did order a spare filter which should be in the store in the next few days. All in all a good experience.”

Butch Lawson graciously came out to my car and checked it with a handheld thing that he input into another thing back in the store and confirmed I needed a battery. He helped me pick a good new one without breaking the bank. He even installed it ( thank you ! Thank you !!) . I'm so appreciative for the positive experience here and costumer service with a smile. They are all always nice but Butch stands out. Thank you sir. This store sits on the main road and is hiway fronted. Handicap parking is available right up front. Not kid friendly so watch your little ones if you take them inside. Lots of things at their eye level that can hurt them if handled wrong or put in their mouth. Store seems well stocked. Clean and neat. So for those less knowledgeable of car issues like me,stop by and tell Mr Lawson all about it. He just might know what's wrong-and help you fix it right there.”
