Horrible store can't ever pay my phone bill they are always gone or the person working don't know anything. Can't change plans, it's really annoying I have to pay my bill somewhere else. If I had enough to drop on another phone with a different company I would!

The Boost girl was very friendly huge genuine smile they need more like her working there I always pay online but I will be returning to the store to pay as long as there is someone the takes care of my business like her

She told me $1500 for a IPhone 11. The phone is much cheaper everywhere else. The store closes at random times throughout the day. Not a good customer experience.

Horrible service. I tried solutions without cooperation from the Brownwood Boost store, and Boost Cooperate was worse. They have 1 of our phones held hostage. We tried switching carriers, but Boost won't allow the phone to transfer. We paid cash for the phone and owe Boost $0. We now own a paperweight worth hundreds $.I want the world to know how horrible their phone service is and how they make unsatisfied customers miserable for choosing to leave for a different carrier.I seldom ever post derogatory information about a business. It's hard being in retail, I know. But turning customer service into customer torment is wrong.

We bought new phones as we were tired of poor service with att where we live. Spent $500 on phones and they are saying the port didn't go through on their end but att cleared us. We have been there since 10:30 am and our new phones are sitting there at boost and we can't use them. One of us dont have a phone period. Air temp tried to call and we were a no show. We are caregivers and rely on phones. I asked for a supervisor the she's off today. About to get a refund and go somewhere else if you cannot fix this. Unsatisfactory

Hate boost mobile, but the store has the most friendly helpful people. They have always fixed my phone when I got nowhere with customer service. I hate having to leave boost mobile after 15 years, but the service is terrible. It seems ridiculous to pay for service that I can't use.
