I took my vehicle in there and he gave me a quote and I asked him the second time again how much the quote was and he said $350 I came and got my vehicle and he told me $600 and I paid it and I went back and say listen you quoted me $350 he said well I've never been off that much before I'll give you $50 back I couldn't believe my ears I was supposed to go back and get some more work done but that was already assigned to me what was going to happen next time. Not very happy but if he'll do it to me and I thought he was a great guy always talk nice to me and everything. Maybe that was just a show to take advantage of me. Well you find out always there's always somebody that will take advantage of you and rip you off.... and the good thing is Jesus is watching all of us ,Everyday!!!!!

My new go to auto mechanic!Robert is awesome. No b.s. I am not a Moron when it comes to car maintenance, I just don't "do" most of it, but I do know about it. Robert is honest and knows his stuff, I don't feel like he would take advantage of anyone, he has enough business that he doesn't need to "make up" stuff that needs to be "repaired". I wonder why. Drive by and see how busy he isI did a lot of research on my 90k mile service and I refuse to take my Tundra to Bruner Toyota. Trans Texas tire recommended Carlton. I'm glad they did. Robert was on point with what my research told me, he said some of the same things that I already knew about when and how to do certain things. Sometimes you can just tell when you have found the right place even before the work starts. This is the place.

The owner is very nice and did some difficult work on pressing bushings into some non traditional control arms on my Jaguar. Recommend this place.

Needed a transmission for a 5.7 grand cherokee. Local used parts store was very pricey. Found AM and everything from placing order and delivery,to fit and performance was great,and at a fraction of the cost! I highly recommend these guys.

I dealt with the owner and he was great. Everyone and their brother recommended him and I understand why. He let me know up front that most of his people were out ill so it could take a bit to even look at but a week later I have it back and it's running great.

Very polite with me. Rebuilt an air conditioning hose we couldn't find anywhere. Reasonable price, greatly appreciated and I will recommend to others. Looks like the shop is really busy. That's a great sign.Thank You!

I have confidence in this business. They do the work that I ask for. Their prices are reasonable for solid work. They are a busy shop but well worth the wait. Highly recommend Carlton Automotive.
