Went to pick up 3 medications after I was discharged related to SARS Cov-2. Got there at 1:31 pm. The woman said we are closed even though the sign clearly said the closed at 2. She then pulled the roll up door down. Cancel I’ll have it resent to Jacobs since they care about customers! I will never use CVS again

I am here for the military… called and spoke to GABRIEL THE PHARMACIST! I forgot to get my script refilled at home and called to refill my ASTHMA INHALER! GABRIEL RUDLEY HUNG UP SEVERAL TIMES AND REFUSED TO LOOK UP OR LET ANYONE ELSE PROCESS MY SCRIPT THAT I NEEDED AND AM NO SO OVER WORKED BY THIS THAT IM HAVEING AAN ASTMA ATTACK AND LOW AND BEHOLD NO HAVE TO GO TO THE ER TO TREAT WHEN HE COULD HAVE JUST LISTEN TO WHAT I WAS EXPLAINING INSTEAD OF SCOLDING ME AMD TELLING ME TO BE QUIET HE WAS SPEAKING AND HANGING UP ON ME REPEATEDLY

Very unprofessional; answered the phone "HELLO" instead of introducing themselves. When trying to call in a prescription for a patient, they kept transferring me to a voicemail without telling me that is the process, just transferred. Asked for a supervisor and was left on hold for 25 mins. Never spoke with anyone.

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to use. They consistently do not have your prescription ready. It usually takes 2-3 trips to pick up your prescription and 2-4 days to fill one. You better not need your pills the same day as they are called in.

Neither one of the stores in Brownwood ever answer the phone. They send you a text your prescription is ready and when you get there they tell you 30 to 45 minutes. I’m tired of playing this stupid game of theirs.I used to love them but no more. I called them and it rang and rang until I got fed up! That was 45 minutes. I’m done with CVS.

To be completely honest the pharmacy lacks any customer service skills and deserves NO stars. I was the only person at the desk waiting. The two that was back there saw me and just ignored me. No one was even at the window. The lady voiced later she was doing Covid testing (on ghost I guess) I’m a nurse and know how long that takes. Multi tasking is key. She waited til the girl at 11 to come in and send her to the register. Also my fiancé always had trouble with them getting text that his meds are ready only to get there and they say it will take a few hours. He would go back and they still was not ready. Someone needs to look at this. Lost our business and probably many more

The pharmacists and pharmacy manager were great. Very helpful and accommodating.I had gone to another CVS and they were unable to help me with an issue promptly. So I drove to the one on Austin and they helped me quickly even though that wasn't the original pharmacy I had gone too.Thanks
