Horrible customer service in the pharmacy not to mention they told Walgreens they transferred my prescription. Could not tell Walgreens where. So I had to call and sure enough they had it. The lady who answered the phone was rude as hell. I do not recommend.

Workers would not help was rude needed hose for nebulizer lady who had just started that day tried to help but did not know coworker but not communicate with me or her ignored both of our questions on where I can get one

Four prescriptions were sent to CVS. Arrived at pharmacy to find they were closed for lunch. Waited 20 minutes only to be told they did not accept Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas. Plus they only had 2 out of 4! Very coldly told they would transfer to another pharmacy but would not call ahead. I was told to go to new pharm and for pharmacist to call CVS to tranfer rx. Arrived at Doc's Drugstore and when they called CVS message was 'closed call back in 45 minutes'!!! Worse customer service ever!!

Came in to print bus passes on Christmas Eve and there was something printing ahead that would not give them the receipt to charge me even though the bus passes printed. The manager had the bus passes in her hand and could see the time the bus left in Abilene and wanted me to wait 30 minutes so she could print the receipt to charge me on her end which clearly would have made me late. The machine gave me a receipt with the exact amount and she would not take the money for prints. Told me she wouldn't do anything else but wait for a receipt because she could get in trouble . She had terrible problem solving skills and didn't care about the customer. Next time I will go to Walgreens. To top it all off. When I asked is there anything you can do to help me she said no. Then proceed to smirk, smile and say we'll ' Merry Christmas and Happy New Year' (if you've ever worked customer service than you can read in between those lines).

Dr sent an urgent prescription for covid. Made us wait an hour then after the 35 min line they said not ready until tomorrow. Worst customer care ever.

I have used them for over 6 years. The last is the worst. While the pharmacist are great, CVS will not hire enough help for them to do the volume of work they are expected to do. They have run off all the good employees so I will change to another pharmacy that supports and appreciates their employees. Hopefully I will see my favorite pharmacist there. Found a good one and am very pleased with that pharmacy.

This pharmacy really needs to step it up! They never answer the phone and when they do after already being on hold for 15 minutes someone answers just to say please hold. Then when you go you wait in long lines that take forever just to be told the prescription isn’t ready. Yet when you go inside several workers are just standing around talking! Very frustrating!

This is the worst customer service of any pharmacy I have ever used. Pharmacistare nice but way understaffed resulting in long wait times and not getting prescripts.

this location us way understaffed. It took 4 days to get an rx filled. I came to pick it up an was yold they hadnt had a pharmacist for 3 days so it would be ready in 30 mins. 10 mins later I get a text that its ready so I go to get it an the drive thru is closed (5:30 pm) so i pull off an as im driving i look back an its open again, thats just ridiculous!!!!!!

Called to refill then called next day to check. Said it was on hold, would take it off hold and be ready tomorrow. 3 days later Drive Up; said on hold, would take it off hold and be ready in 30 minutes. 45 minutes later not ready and told 15 minutes. 1 hour later parked and went inside. Not ready and can't tell me how long. Then after signing up for text when ready and about to leave someone said they were counting it out now. 15 minutes later it was ready. Ridiculous. Changing Pharmacies.

They had an attitude when I looked for a cashier and the lady rudely stated you can check out yourself at self check out. Then she walked away. If this one wasn't the closest one to me I wouldn't go there at all. They obviously don't care about customers.
