This review will be a little different than the standard as I’m writing it from the opposite side of the norm. As I’m entering my 5th year of employment with what was once Echo Wireless and now Resound Networks I have to say this is the best company I have ever worked for. They are constantly striving to be better and provide a stable consistent and trouble free experience for the customer. I’m on the tower and infrastructure side of things and the strides we have made in preventive maintenance and response to critical services affecting issues has been extraordinary. My wife made the comment “ You don’t get called out after hours near as much as you used to. That says a lot about the work y’all are doing.” Resound has done an excellent job of staying on top of the newest and greatest technologies while putting the best people in the right places to ensure we can’t be beat on consistent internet services and customer support. For this I’m one grateful customer and employee!!!

Our internet goes out multiple times a month. It even went out on Super Bowl Sunday, which alone should be enough reason to quit services.

You would be foolish to use this service without a VPN, customer service is terrible expect to be treated with contempt, overload their towers and overcharge their customers, poor security practices, unless this is your only choice, find a better ISP

Good customer service, terrible internet! I have an outage at least 3 times a month for the last several months. I went without internet for almost a week back in May and have had it go out twice today. Anytime it storms it’s going to go out and even when the weather is nice it still might go out! I would choose anywhere different but they’re the only internet provider supported by my apartment complex.

Tried to get service with them because west Central wireless is abandoning me. Pay and go to scheduling where uhoh not set up in my area and I would be on a wait list. Don't think so.

If you're looking for bottom rung companies, this is it! They showed up this morning to install our service and stated that they would have to install a pole for service.The pole was a 2x2 inch rusted square pole 35 feet long with conduit straps attached to it. After I explained that the pole would likely end up bent and broken with the first wind, the guy said, " we will attach it to your house ".Needless to say I laughed and told them we'd look elsewhere!Can't believe they actually thought it would be ok to do a ghetto installation!??????

The internet goes down any time it rains in Brownwood. It doesn’t even have to be raining where I live. Their 99% up time commitment is nonsense, as the connectivity is unreliable. I’ve lived here for only a week and have had constant issues with internet.

Literally the best internet. I randomly lose connection for no reason about 5 times a week and for long periods of time. I couldn’t even use it to make this comment. Also, we pay for 10mbps and we get 1-2mbps. It couldn’t get any better. Great job Resound?

Got this for my Dad in North Lake Brownwood...... Service has been great.... Had a couple of problems early on... Talked to tech support and they were Great... They care about your business... Would rate 10 star if I could... Thank you Resound.. From signing up to dealing with installation and tech support.. Just a great company!

I've been with them since October 2021, I have the 100mbps speed plan.It works fast when it's working. But the signal constantly goes off line for no reason. Sometimes the weather isn't bad and we lost connection every week, I work from home and I need a reliable service. The service isn't cheap and constantly fails to provide me connectivity I need for work. I'm going to start looking for a different provider if this situation doesn't get better.Customer support by other hand is always 5 stars. They are professional, friendly and polite.

I give them a three because the service has been very spotty at peak times and in inclimate weather. Freezing cold and moderate winds should not hamper a vital service. Don't keep expanding when you can only marginally handle what you have. When it works it is great.
