$3.99 FOR ONE DVD!!!!!!
Are you nuts, because that's ridiculous. I would have bought three DVDs today($6) instead I only bought one($4), and I won't be back to buy the others.
Not to mention there is so little room for DVDs because of all the useless fitness videos that NOBODY is going to buy, they just take up shelf space, either put them in the fitness section or use the empty cases as replacements for the DVDs that will sell.
Not a good plan Goodwill, but the clear message from management is that if you shop Goodwill you are expected to be rich to shop there otherwise they don't want you there.

So you're telling me that if I pay for an item but can't get it until the next day then decide I don't want said item that I don't get a refund??? This place is dumb, I will never give you money again.
UPDATE 12/31/24 Apparently that is not standard policy above, I was contacted by goodwill and things were made right. The previous lady that helped me was fired a few days before I came back in because of several issues. I spoke with the main manager that I was told to speak with and she handled things perfectly and I am happy with how things were resolved.

The only problem I do have they got rid of thier truck after covid so if you don't have truck you can't take your big items to the store. I am not sure how ai will take them . But everyone there are super nice

This is the only Goodwill store I've been to that doesn't take clothing donations. Actually, the lady said they don't t take donations, which may indicate they don't take any donations.
