“Because of knee issues after knee replacement I began therapy in Coleman and decided to check on a membership to a gym to insure good knee health plus assistance with balance and osteoporosis so I started with Anytime Fitness…it was closest to my location. Membership was covered by Silver Sneakers and getting a personal trainer (Christian) was affordable. After a little over a month I am walking with confidence and feeling less pain. My neck, back and knees are not as sore and achy. I’m looking forward to improving more over time and not feeling my age…over 70…LOL!”

“If you are looking for a Great Gym -Get a look GOOD at THIS PLACE ! !They are open 24/7 !BUT - The doors are never unlocked unless there is someone there to watch the doors to insure no unauthorized access takes place.It is clean, there is ample equipment available and working, such that if I ever run into someone else - I can go on my next and go back very quickly! It is a pleasure, friendly staff and lots of HOT WATER ( for those who shower ) to get the sweat off.?”
