We had stopped to pick up some items to take out to the family cemetery and spruce things up. We bought too much, and when we came back at the end of the day, Karyn was our cashier to do that return. What an asset to the organization! She's a wonderful Ambassador for Home Depot. Great personality and a lovely smile. Really made a pleasant day for us.

Going to Home Depot is always something I look forward to because of the great selections and the staff always at the ready to help you out. Today was a bit difficult due to injured knee but the staff stepped up and came to the rescue keeping me from wondering aimlessly. Kudos to the staff and management

Very unprofessional when it comes to appliances! We bought a new refrigerator from them in November; the delivery was delayed until today. We were told to have the old refrigerator emptied and unplugged. We did. The delivery workers (I hate saying that as they didn't do any actual work) once they arrived said that we, the buyers, had to also do all the unscrewing of copper wires at the back of the old refrigerator as they the workers who should be trained to do this could get hurt. They also could not turn off our water, nor could they take the doors off of the newly purchased refrigerator to get it inside the house. They left the refrigerator outside at our backdoor and told us to give them a call when we figured it out. If #homedepot actually gives a care for customers who spend hard-earned money on big purchases (yes, to some people $1400 is still a big purchase!), they might actually want to take the time to consider hiring people who actually know and/or are qualified to do the job. Believe it or not, there are quite a few homeowners still around who don't know how to do all the necessary water and electric wiring on new appliances. That's why we pay big businesses who say they're in the home improvement business to do it for us. I guess that's a novel concept, though, for the big CEOs who only care about padding their wallets and flying around in private jets.And, yes, I'm mad. Besides all of that, your workers were unprofessional and made my aunt who purchased the refrigerator in the first place crybecause it wasn't their problem. The manager will be getting an earful from me in a few minutes.

Terry in appliances took the time to find he the product I needed, in another department. Which was such a help. I would ask for him personally when looking for appliances, he is personable and EXTREMELY helpful.

Went with a friend to pick up 32 bags of concrete which is 80 pounds a piece. Not one single person that worked there offered to help. They were seriously avoiding eye contact when they were walking back inside. Crazy! We got it loaded tho! No thanks to you guys!

This is one of my favorite Home Depot locations. Store is always clean. I can always find someone to assist me. They have a huge selection. I love shopping the clearance items they have displayed

Store manager was rude. I bought something from a Home Depot in Austin, I tried to return it unopened with a receipt, in Brownwood, TX, and was told that they don’t sell it at that store and it must be returned to the store I bought it at. I have never had that happen at Home Depot. I went to Lowe’s from their and bought 1800.00 worth of cabinets and flooring from them instead of Home Depot because they would not give me 3.69 back on something I wanted to return when I had the receipt. Lowe’s will get my business for my home renovation. Home Depot lost more money then they realized but I doubt the store manager cares.

Favorite hardware store layouts are always similar so I don't have to search for everything. Always friendly and helpful staff when you need them.

I would say the service sucks, but that would imply that there was any existing service here. Have to hunt down somebody to get help, then if you turn your back they are gone, and you still may not get any answers. Like you are bothering them coming in there at all.
