“Once I found a number to inquire about the hold-up on my delivery, I was informed I had to call and make an appointment.Unless I missed it, nowhere does it state that.There are no local numbers to call. The number on the website is questionable. When you call it is a central number for the US and it required an email to have the local delivery contractor contact me.However, once I was contacted, about 4 hrs later (pretty quick considering) it was a next day delivery, and communication with the driver was great.Lots to say, but in the end a a good deal.”

“Great place! Great prices! Had an issue with the gate last night while it was storming but the manager Robert came and fixed it quickly so we could get our stuff out the rain and in storage. He also checked up on us and apologized for the gate ( which wasn't his fault, it was mother nature's ?). Keep up the good work.”
