Literally has a sign on the drive thru that says say hello to order said hello 3 times then pulled around front and went inside to find the employees sitting eating and one on the phone. Had to ask someone to take our order talked to the manager he said he had to get everyone clocked out because his labor was to high. The manager on duty said that they have to clock employees out when labor is high so they just sit doing nothing and that he was in the restroom. There was another car behind me as well. Sad to know that this is how Popeyes runs its business.

This is possibly the worst Popeyes. They have no sense of urgency. I drove thru for something showing on website and they said no you can't order has to be online, no problem. So I did then it said ready to drive thru so I did then they asked me to wait in front so I did for sooooo long. They gave me attitude like it's my fault I order and I am inconveniencing them by giving them my money?

We pulled up to the order board and saw the sign, "Say hello to order." We do. The guy says, "Wait a minute." 13 minutes later. The vehicle behind us backs up to go park to go inside, and so do we. We should have taken that as a sign and just left, but no. We park and go in. With only one other customer inside the store, the one who also backed up out of the drive through, it still took 7 minutes to actually get an order taken and then to find out they don't have our family's favorite "red beans and rice" we should have left. They didn't know when the truck would be bringing more. But we've already invested 20 minutes in ordering food from here. Another 18 minutes pass before we get our food. We watched the guy who had been in the drive-through in front of us have to come inside because his food wasn't right after he waited over 40 minutes in the drive-through. We checked our food before we left, and we found the spicy tenders were regular tenders. So, we had to go back inside to get that fixed. Now, we head down the road, having been there for almost 50 minutes for what was supposed to be a drive-through order, thinking everything will be okay. We should have known better. All the regular chicken had a spicy flavor to it. It wasn't actually spicy. It was more like it was cooked in the same oil after the spicy chicken, so the outside was spicy. It was a very disappointing meal. We now know to never stop at this Popeyes again on our way through town.

Ordered at 6:15 order was supposed to be ready at 7. It was ready at 7:35. Out of red beans and rice, family pack of Cajun fries was only half full, 16 piece meals was 9 wings. Mac and cheese substitute was only half full. This is typical of this location.

I really don’t know how this location is staying in business with the crew they have working. Haven’t dealt with a manager/DM, but from another instance, they don’t help resolve anything. So, it’s probably a lack of leadership that creates the poor service & atmosphere. I’d be done with this location, but my 12yr old keeps me coming back, against my wishes. If you try calling to discuss issues, they just sit the phone down & ignore it.

Had to rate the service 4 out of 5 stars because it took 20 minutes to receive my order after I parked. Don't get me wrong, the food was excellent and sweet tea the best. Friendly atmosphere and clean environment....unfortunately, the wait (I'm sure this was a rare occurrence) is what's keeping this score from being perfect.

Typically, we stop on road trips to grab food for our family. This time, we went to Popeyes, thinking to get some chicken, then get on the road. When we arrived, the store was a bit busy, but we patiently sat at our table, sipping our drinks, as we watched group after group get their food - even those that came in after us! Forty minutes after we ordered, a worker came and explained that we would get our food soon and my husband remarked that we had hungry kids and we would prefer a refund if it would be much longer. He assured us that we would get our food soon. Finally, we got the food (it was good), but our quick dash to Popeyes turned into an hour spent at a table, listening to others and watching everyone else finish before we got to eat. We were disappointed this time.
