Not bad work for the prices they charge insurance. The manager, Brandt Villalpando, is always happy to pad the estimate enough to not only cover your deductible, but might even put a few bucks back in your pocket (if you ask *right*).
It's easy to do when they repair parts they were paid to replace instead. Funny part is, the insurance companies all know this. And we wonder why our rates are so high. Lol. Their game, their rules.

I stopped in earlier this week without an appointment for alignment work. Several employees greeted me immediately and I knew right then I was in a place I could trust. Carlos was awesome and the service tech as well. All were professionals and with rare courtesy!

I have been so disappointed with this body shop. We live in Abilene TX and wanted to take our pickup to our home town to get repaired after someone hitus on Mother's Day of 2023. After struggling with our insurance finally on July 3rd we took our pick up to this body shop in Brownwood. It is now August 26th and our pickup is still not ready and our insurance company has stopped paying for the rental car because it's been in the body shop so long. We have been paying for a rental car out of our pocket for almost 4 weeks and our pickup is still not ready. So I never leave bad reviews but this has been a total nightmare someone else hits us and because of the body shop we are out more money than we should have been.

Will not give my business or recommend this shop to anyone ....after over a month of having my truck i get back to find out during my routine oil change some halfass work ...plastic clips that hold on the lower bumper section missing...pop the hood to find nuts and bolts sitting on my engine cover that they didnt put back on . Wires to fog light pinched between wheelwell... the list goes on and on..if i could give 0 stars i would. Live and learn.Services: Body & Trim
