Don't pull into the South Stripes store expecting to get drinks...
The coffee is never full nor functional 50% of the time.
The drinks are 50/50 working meaning if they aren't out of syrup they are dispensing improperly and tasting off.
THIS HAS WENT ON FOR ABOUT A DECADE AT JUST THIS STORE.
If a drug cartel was laundering money thru this store and didn't care about profit THIS WOULD MAKE SENSE. Drinks are one of the top 2 most profitable items in a store. WTH?
If it is a cartel please don't make it so obvious. Put a hit on the ready-mix cappuccino machine, drag it out back of the property and bury it. .. You have a TON of room to put nice functional equipment and it would look legit so the DEA / forensic auditors wouldn't' be looking over your shoulder.

Don’t even bother stopping it smells, the tortillas are cold and they hardly ever get your order right yet. They charge full price.

We drive a semi and this was one of the few stops available to park where we had to pick up at our customer in Brownwood. It is terrible. I want to add that I hold a current National ServSafe Certification from my years in the restaurant business (this is a Nationally Certified License to run a public Kitchen). We arrived at this Stripes location at 2:13pm on 4/7/24, I know the time because our driver ELog tells us exactly when we arrive. We walked into the store checked out the hot box food selection there were wings and burritos burnt up bad. OK. The issue is, I returned in the morning around 8:10am on 4/8/24 and the exact same burnt food was in this hot box to sell. Not similar food. The exact food, 18 hours later in the hot box. This can kill you! I absolutely could not believe it. The food prep person: I witnessed him take an order from a customer, write the order out with his food safety gloves on, make the order, take the food to the cashier, return to his station, text on his phone, fill cheese and put the cheese away. All using the same gloves. Community, customers, all who read this, do not eat here! In fact the pictures of the bathroom should tell you! If they don't take care of the bathroom, their kitchen will always have the same neglect.

GET IT TOGETHER
They always run out of products, and you have to go somewhere else to buy.
Also they need to keep the food cooking area cleaner and the employees as well.
They NEVER HAVE ALL THE GAS PUMPS WORKING. Somedays almost all of them are broken. Especially the diesel pumps out front!!!

Terrible pumps! Will not read cards regularly, even Sunco cards. Employees in station are useless and rude.
