Went to get numerous bath items. My purchases totaled $650. Not a huge amount but a decent purchase. Saw 2 small, all black storage tubs perfect for keeping stuff in the trunk. After 3 employees watch me self check (only one lane had assisted checkout), she runs over to look inside the two tubs to make sure I had not packed them full of items. I know that is a reasonable thing to do but you would have thought she was saving the world. Hey Home Depot, how about making those employees actually work and check us out or you can give me a discount for self check out.

In an environment where the workers should know what they are talking about, this home depot is lacking. I have been twice this week and both times I was informed to look it up online because they didn't know. Then I was also told so its online inventory for our place of business is seldom correct . It is not the most helpful place by any means. I gave it 2 stars because One gentleman in the paint section actually knew what they were talking about and were professional.

Purchased cabinets, counter tops from them. Back in March. Yes COVID caused delays on supply. How does a company only send a half order of cabinets and leave counter tops not completed? Multiple attempts have been made to get kitchen done. I am sure employees at Home Depot would not want their kitchens like this. Today we received a message at 8:48am for a 9 am appt that was cancelled. Worst service ever, Home Depot needs to be accountable. Everything was paid in full of course before install. James and Maria are of no help with their investigation of job not being complete. Maria has poor progress on dealing with complaints. This store is horrible. Recommend going out of Brownwood for major purchase. Today is 10/17/21. Cabinets are still not on the wall and only have bottoms. Counter top was put down as complete and we are still struggling to get it done

Waited for an hour to get some pain mixed. While waiting cause I knew the girl was busy, she gets done with the one ahead of me boldly looks at me in the face and walks off. IM STANDING WITH PAINT IN FRONT OF HER!! Then she comes back and proceeds to disappear again after helping another lady. I go to the front and ask 2 young girls for help and they acted like I interrupted their gossip session! RIDICULOUS!! I will never be back to this place!! Customer service SUCKS!!

The staff doesn't have time for helping customers between playing grab-ass with one another, even when there are few customers in the store. The shelf that was supposed to have our product was empty, so we stopped an employee before she could run past without making eye contact to ask if they had more in stock. "I don't work in this department but wait here and I'll get someone." Ten minutes later, we flagged down another employee, and got the same line. After several minutes she reappeared, escorting another employee who worked in that department. We asked if there was more product in stock. "Nope. What you see is what you get," he replied, in that smug Home Depot employee tone. You know the type - they ooze disdain for anyone who dares ask for help. I gave them two stars because I'm sure they did a great job restocking our bulging cart after we walked out.

I am truly disgusted with Home Depot in Brownwood Texas! It has been 4 days and the detective working on my case has still not received the video surveillance of the man and woman that have charged over $3000 on my debit & credit cards at their store! My husband and I have spent over $10,000 in their store within the last year and they could not care less of us as a customer.
