Stephan and Brandi are the best team you can have. Their leadership spills over and the employees are absolutely amazing also. You’d think it was a family owned store by how they help out. Love this place and will be a longtime customer

Tried to get lpg ( liquid propane gas) on a Sunday a 3:30 pm. Asked the counter to send someone out. He said they would be right out. After 20 minutes of waiting asked again. Waited 20 more minutes and asked a different employee to send someone out. 3 minutes later he comes out to tell me there is nobody on site that is certified to fill lpg. Why not just start with that. Never had great luck at the Brownwood Tx tractor supply on customer service, first time trying to get lpg. Go with any other lpg supplier for tank refills.

We run a beagle breeding facility on our ranch and we also have 100+ head of Longhorn cattle. We get 95% of our infrastructure products for the beagles from Tractor Supply, and food when our automated shipments are behind or delayed. The store managers know us by name. Brandi and Stephen are customer-oriented people and always treat us with tremendous professionalism and courtesy. The only reason this store does not get 5-stars from us is because of the one and only item that the local managers really can't control, and that is TS pricing. We try to use our Tractor Supply rewards and e-mailed coupons, but ultimately those discounts and/or on Veterans celebration days only go so far. This is an extremely clean facility, and we always get what we need, usually in-stock. Common hardware, this selection and the bulk, (by the pound), pricing certainly helps us run our ranch. We'd like to see more competitive pricing from TS at the corporate level, but we also know this is a sign of the economic times and operational costs are high for everyone right now. The customer-friendly attitude exhibited by all the employees, including both Stephanie's, Brandi, and Stephen are just great, and it's why we patronize TS in Brownwood, we are ALWAYS welcomed by all the staff when we walk in the door! A+ 99/100!

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service my parents received. I placed an order for pick up and stated the pick up person was my father. When my 81 year old father arrived at the store he waited over an hour for his item because the employees simply “could not find the order”. The woman who was the cashier was extremely rude and made my elderly father feel more vulnerable than he already does at his age. She asked him the order number numerous times, asked him his name numerous times, and asked him what size trap was ordered numerous times. He told her NUMEROUS TIMES he did not know what size trap as his daughter placed the order for him and all he had was the order number and that it was ready for pick up. After he finally got his order AN HOUR LATER there was no apology from this woman, and no remorse for the confusion. When she asked him for all this information there was no please instead he felt as though she was very demanding. After my father left the store he called me, and I immediately called the manager who wasn’t much better than the store employee my father dealt with. She simply stayed “oh it’s our fault, our employees were busy and they were searching for your name not your fathers”. The so called managers statement frustrated me even more because if she simply took the time to listen my father wouldn’t have spent over an hour at the store.
The one positive I will give is my father and mother did tell me the young man who was also working at the front was extremely helpful and he was trying his hardest to help him.
Edit: The lady I spoke with last night was not a manager she was the team lead! The manager whose name is Brandy called me this morning and was very apologetic. It was obvious through my quick phone call with her that she genuinely cares about her store and her customers. Thank you so much Brandy for taking the time out of your day to call me.

I came here for very specific items they are good in a pinch I usually buy everything online but occasionally I still will go retail if a need arises pay a premium and get it now I needed some penicillin which supposedly they aren't allowed to sell anymore but I saw it on their online store and it offered delivery so I called the store they said it was in stock so I went to the store and the employee told me they were under the impression they weren't allowed to sell it anymore but he went and got it from the back for me and let me have it anyway nice fella so I got what I needed and it was reasonably priced at 40 bucks for 100ml cheaper than going to the pharmacy for sure ?

Not so great of service not that they are not helpful but understaffed but being Brownwood it's expected. Excellent products and goods for all your animal and manimal:-) needs!! Love the toys to boys like there toys!!!

The point of sale system here works poorly!!! This is the 3rd unsuccessful attempt at purchasing something here because the P.O.S. and store associates cannot complete the transaction. I will not waste my time here again.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. The store is always stocked up and clean. Just wish it stayed open later. I live a hour and a half away.
