We have used the United Pharmacy for a couple of years now. They are great to use after the nightmare of dealing with CVS or constant interference with Walgreens. No desire to change pharmacies any time soon.

I've experienced nothing but problems at two other local pharmacies. Several of my meds require pretty strict consistency on when I take the meds. I've had these prescriptions run 7-10 days late each month, requiring me to start over with titrating dosages until I get back to where I should be. I switched to United this morning, and even with the mess I left them in contacting the other two pharmacies and my provider, they still had my prescription ready for pickup in an hour. They were extremely polite, friendly, and eager to assist. Thank you to the entire pharmacy crew at United in Brownwood. Awesome job!

Pharmacy staff makes you feel like a bother to them.Also much less convenient since they close started closing at 6 instead of 7. Lots of other pharmacy choices that close at 6 and probably aren’t so uncaring.

Just moved all of our prescriptions from the Brownwood pharmacy. Yet again they have refused to fill my prescriptions as written by my doctor. My DOCTOR is my care provider, he knows what medications I need. It’s not up to the pharmacy to arbitrarily decide that my physician isn’t allowed to change my dosage or add a new medication.

Checkout staff was judgemental when I asked if another checker, who appeared to be taking customers, was opening a line, because my line was very slow. The sacker basically told me I was asking for special treatment by asking if another line was open.
“There are no specials” were his words.
Usually I am satisfied by this store, but this was not a good experience.

The store in itself is decent however if you're new to the Brownwood area the staff treats you like your an alien from outer space. It really detracts from the store. Employees: treat people like you would like to be treated and that is with kindness. You don't always know people's situations and their reasons for moving here. Stop being rude and hateful!

I like the store BUT, almost every time I go to the deli I’m standing there for like 5 min before anyone even acknowledges me. I absolutely do not expect to be served immediately and I do not expect someone to drop what they are doing and run to my service. What I do expect is at least a hi and an “I’ll be with you in a sec” or something. Instead everyone just looks at me and says nothing. That’s the annoying part.
