“I’m a week late posting my review but I want to share my personal experience with Bostick’s.
I went down to look at a diesel truck and was very interested in it but to make a payment work for my budget I just couldn’t do the terms they needed. Which is ok.,I looked around at other vehicles and saw some SUV/passenger cars that had my interest.

What interested me most was the respect, the honesty, and the non-pushy atmosphere. I’ve learned to not impulse buy or be pushed into something I was not sure about. I left and went to other dealers that day (one a big Chevrolet dealer and the other a small independent). Needless to say the small independent dealer was unwilling and could care less if he wanted to sell a vehicle or not. The Chevrolet Dealer, whom I did leave a negative review about was why big dealers get bad reputation. I found a truck there that was to be for my son, they gave us a price that I was pleased with but upon driving it, I noticed the truck had a power steering pump issue and a exhaust manifold leak. They were unaware but was going to have the truck checked to see. Hours later of waiting and we were approved by finance to purchase, the GM comes up n says yes there are problems with the truck but we will not fix it; that it would be at my expense. I understand vehicles with some miles are not perfect but you weren’t even aware until I told you something was wrong with it. Needless to say we left without the vehicle and they never tried to make it right except to send a message through a mutual friend asking me to remove my review.

I went home n thought about everything, I went back to Bostick the day after Christmas with intention on a SUV they had. Unfortunately when I got there they informed me it was not for sale because of a sensor issue and until it was made right then it would be available. That to me spoke excellent volume of the care and reputation for them especially what I went through at a big dealers. I looked for a while, compared insurance cost, compared payments but NEVER once did they push me to hurry, did they try to push another vehicle on me and that was exceptionally nice!!!!

I ended up purchasing a 2020 Kia Sorento that was in excellent condition. I will say this n thought this was above and beyond….a check light came on while driving which was to be found a headlamp went out. Before knowing it was a headlamp, they were not going to let me take the vehicle until it was right. Again very valuable in this day and time. Both Ladies went out of their way to get the vehicle ready and paperwork was quick. If I had not been so picky or analytical about vehicles my wait sure would have been less than at the big dealership.

The Kia so far has been exceptionally nice, 32 mpg hwy, super comfortable, and spacious. It is definitely going to be a great commuter vehicle. I will return again to buy my son a truck in the very near future all because of their honesty, the respect they gave, and care. I personally highly recommend Mona and Lori to help you; both of these ladies deserve a lot of credit.
