I’m sorry but the automated phone system is just not cool I have questions that I need to ask an actual person apparently because the automated system doesn’t understand. Personally the automated system just needs to go and put people actual people back on the phones so other people can get their questions answered that need to be answered that your automated system apparently doesn’t know how to answer and it doesn’t matter how many times you request an agent they still want you to talk to a not so smart automated system. But in person at the office they do a lot better

While I, too, have had some problems with my new address being recognized as valid by USPS—I have to give a shoutout to Kim who went above and beyond helping me find a package this morning as well as recovering some personal items that I’d left at the counter. She’s honest, solution minded and went the extra mile today for customer service. Thank you!

!Brownwood post office. 4 likes . Your community would be much more appreciative if you actually went above and beyond for them the way that most of the post office in the United States has set the standard. my wife’s signature was forged on a document saying that we moved out in vacated a house. This is a house that we’ve rented out in the past, but she has owned for years. We travel for Work, but this is still our home. they had no right to do this, and it has caused a lot of waves in my life, not getting my documents for court etc. and missing deadlines, etc. my wife was very attacked and very rude to her when she went to try to resolve this problem so now I feel we have no choice, but to seek legal litigation, most likely we will not get our mail anymore and that’s OK since we were threatened with that by another employee there. We also have had a mailman refuse to deliver mail because they were afraid of a dog that wasn’t even dangerous. You guys should be ashamed of yourself. You’re a disgrace to the United Postal Service.

Great people work in our post office, had to mail a care package overseas and Kim was very helpful and polite through the process. Thank you Kim.

When i moved here, it took 3 months to get my mail. I personslly went into PO twice with all info on move. Now I cant get packages delivered to my door even if they dont fit into pckg boxes at mailbox. I get to hunt for them and wait and wait. Then after 2 trips to post office, 12 miles away, I might be able to pick up. I am a senior. Its difficult to walk and to drive and then carry! out my package! Service is crap. This is what my tax dollars pay for??? Disgusting.

Had multiple experiences where I got notified about a delivered package and it not being delivered. I had to go all the way up the the store to get my package on multiple occasions. Start making your people do their jobs right please. If you in fact have NOT delivered a package i do not want a notification saying i did. Any other shipping company does just fine. It's literally this usps messing things up.

Mail lady in the old green truck needs a different job, this one apparently takes to much effort. She shoves oversized packages in the mailbox, even crushing the box so it'll fit. Leaves boxes at the gate or end of walkway, drives in our yard, just ridiculous. No other deliver person does any of this. Take some pride in what you do or find another job.
