This Pharmacist name Gabriel Obi sat me by the consult area and i over heard a whole life story of a so call medication consultant he was not going over medication at all. I waited to long and this was brought up to management, which they agree to report this. Don’t here and receive any business from this unprofessional employee.

The pharmacy tech I worked with on my prescription here went above and beyond so that I got what I needed when I was having difficulty. The staff have always been helpful and I have been able to get my prescriptions here without needing to wait in long lines or stand around in the store because it has been ready on time when they said it would be.

Was in the store to make some purchases. We went to checkout. The employee told us, if signed up for their card, we would get $25.00 off our purchase. We signed up and got our card a couple days later. It shows the full amount online, NO discount. Called customer service and was told that the discount could only be used on future purchases. At 28.9 interest, I won't ve back!

I specifically asked the pharmacist to help me find a safe option for cold medicine while pregnant and he recommended to me one. I purchased it, got to my car. Googled it and found out it was absolutely NOT safe while pregnant. Good to know the pharmacists here are way less knowledgeable than a basic Google search.

I have been trying to get a very important prescription for the last 4 days and when they finally decided to answer the phone the pharmacist or pharmacy tech kept cutting me off and told me she wouldn’t be able to send my request in because she’d need more information. Which I had and she just about refused to take. I will be switching pharmacies. Every one in that pharmacy needs a lesson on Customer service.

Winnie is a terrible pharmacist. She's extremely rude and doesn't deserve to work in a public setting. Anyone who would be rude to an older lady should be properly reprimanded, and that did not occur. She refused to fill a very important prescription based on personal belief, and on top of that, she was extremely nasty about it. I DO NOT recommend!

The pharmacist, Winnie, at this particular Walgreens is extremely rude. She refused to fill my brother's prescription based on her personal believes. It is an extremely important prescription, but because he is not from the area (currently working there temporarily) she said it's not her problem. I understand they have a right to refuse, but with such importance around a script is involved, you would think a pharmacist would care.

Pharmacy was really rude and wouldn't fill my prescription. Usually use cvs but they didn't have my prescription there at the time so decided to use Walgreens since they had it in stock. Waited for an hour for the lady say that she wouldn't fill it then she was super rude and wouldn't even explain why and told me to leave. The worst service I have ever received

Winnie is the worst pharmacist. She should be stocking shelves because she cares nothing about her customers or their well-being. I am truly appalled by her behavior and will be going further up the ladder to see that other customers are not treated the way my family was by her!

The worst customer service EVER! The whole pharmacy department forgets they're getting paid to provide a service, CUSTOMER SERVICE. All the girl's in that department always have a bad attitude, don't let you finish asking a question before feeling the need to rudely interrupt you. I wish they'd just let people who actually wanna work here do it right! Keep your eye rolls to yourself ladies, y'all are way too grown to be showing that type of unprofessionalism.

I have been having my prescriptions filled with this store for too many years to count. However, my most recent experience with the pharmacy was something less than desireable and prompted me to change pharmacies. My doctor called in two prescriptions. I went through the drive through to pick them up and only received one. The clerk at the window did not provde me any information as to why I only had one of the two. I drive around, park and go into the store to inquire. I was told that there was a size descrepancy and they were waiting on my doctor to approve the change. They would text me when it was ready. Keep in mind, I live 45 minutes from this store. The next time I was in town was three days later. I stopped by again, and again, no prescription and I was told they were still waiting on the doctor. I then called my doctor and left a message detailing my concerns. My doctor's nurse returned my call and told me that she had contacted the pharmacy the day they made the request but that she would call me them back again.Yesterday I was in town again, 1 week after the original prescription was phoned in, and I was told again, that they had not heard from the doctor. I informed them that I had spoke with her office and they indicated they had called. The pharmacist happened by and indicated that, yes, the approval was on file, but my prescription had not yet been filled. I was then told that my insurance wasn't approving the charge because it showed that it was too soon for a refill since the other size had already been sent in. WHAT? After a minute or two, and a deletion of the original charge, that was taken care of and I was told they would have it in a few minutes. I walked into that store at 4:50, I left that store at 5:55. Having sat and watched several people come and go, and people get shots and after about 40 minutes, I went back to the counter to see if it was ready and, no, the Pharmacist hadn't , "kicked it out yet", whatever that means. I told the clerk I had been in that store since 10 until 5:00 and the clerk behind her said, that well, we've been swamped and she wasn't being apologetic about it, but somewhat hateful as if my expectation to get my prescription filled in a timely manner was unrealistic. I get it, they were busy, BUT, my prescription request had been there a week. Really? After a week, you think I am being testy because I expect to leave with it after my third trip to town to pick it up? Serious lack of communication with the customer and the attitude that screamed I was being impatient was extremely frustrating. Not sure what changed within the pharmacy since the last time I had meds filled there, but it is definitely not for the better and I won't be expiriencing it again since I transferred my prescriptions to another pharmacy tody.
