My over all experience with the Brownwood Walmart Super Center is generally good. But I have had issues such as a buggy collector, cussing in a fit of rage late at night. As well as a clerk that was standing and listening in on a conversation between my, my mother and niece as if she was part of my family. As well as customers being rude in the parking lot, while I had been trying to find my 73 year old mother who was roaming the parking lot in the rain. All because I had stopped when I found her, and got out to load her stuff in the car while it was raining. I also tend to avoid Brownwood Walmart super center, on weekends and holidays due to the loud level of noise in the store from customers. So I do not blame Walmart for rude customers, but do feel like This Walmart does tend to employee a lot of lazy people. But they also employee a lot of others who will go above and beyond their job descriptions, just to ensure I find what I am looking for. As well as many more who are friendly, that have made me feel as if I am truly valued.

I understand that stealing is a problem. At just about every Walmart, But not with me!!!! So, I have OCD and go through the self check out so I'm able to bag how I feel comfortable, I haven't ever had problems with this. Until I go here. So.. I am checking out and not even 5 items in, I am greeted by an employee. Asking (more like TELLING) me I'm in need of help. I say no, I am fine. I am very used to GROCERY SHOPPING & can navigate it on my own. But yet she stays.... Starts going through my checked items and the bags I had aside , asking me to see the register to make sure everything was "actually" scanned. Then pushes me over and says she needs to do it for me. My total was like $700 or $650 around there. And when it's time for me to lay she like is breathin down my damn neck looking at how I'm possibly gonna pay. NY CARD DECLINED I was on my way from Austin to Denver, CO & my bank felt it was suspicious & needed further approval. So, I had to call & get it set straight. Oh man, when I tell you this lady was gonna have an orgasm thinkin she really caught on to me... HER PANTIES WERE WET MAN. & when it took longer than w seconds to get it straightened out she had 3 other employees around us. So when it comes time for me to swipe again they're all like sweating I swear. And I got the max amount of cash back that I could just to show that broke broad I'm not the one. & i hope to never see her outside of that establishment.

They just lost my business for life, the employees here are the most careless and rude individuals I have ever met in my life. I will never be shopping at a Walmart again and I plan on telling everyone I know to do the same.

Anytime I go to this store and need something in sporting goods forget it as I'm ignored even when I know exactly what I want it is locked up and the guy at the counter is either gone or helping someone that has no clue as to what they want Maybe you could install a flashing light by the items you lock up as a way to signal employees, Hey look this guy knows exactly what he wants and it is about $250 of items you can sell while those other people try to remember what their name is In the mean time that is all that happen today is you lost out on $250 in sales because your employee chose to ignore me but then that's not my problem for sure as I can get them shipped right to my house from another company that will be glad to do that and not ignore me at all

Not a big fan of this location. Stocking is odd here, smaller Walmarts in towns north and south of us have products that this one doesn't stock and those stores are also cleaner/nicer. When I asked about a product that I didn't see an employee told me " this is a college town " being the reason the product was out of stock. Had an employee lecture me of putting heavy grocery items (a twelve pack of soda) on the belt because she couldnt lift them. I go to United and Walgreens as much as I can to avoid this place unless I have no other option.

I was locked out of my pick-up on Thursday, 8/29/19, and was getting frantic. I was by myself and have difficulty getting around. Jacob was on lot duty and came over to see if he could help me. He was able to get my truck unlocked. Then he asked if he could help me unload my groceries. And finally asked if he could take my cart for me. He was pleasant, polite and concerned for me. I truly appreciated him and his service. Thank you Jacob.

I do my best to avoid Walmart. The parking lot is a challenge in itself, there is never a shortage of the obnoxious drivers that should be banned from walmart and driving. Since I value my car, and dont mind walking, then I get to see the nasty parking lot. I have seen almost every product represented, but mostly those that produce alcohol and diapers. (Personally, I think, alcohol causes diapers, and condoms should be included with every sale.) The store itself, is cramped, overcrowded and I find myself stuck in aisles, as there is no room to navigate. On a positive note, I do like the self checkers, they may not be popular, but they make for a quicker exit for someplace I dont care to be
