I lived there for 3 1/2 years and loved every minute there. Had a 1 bedroom, downstairs with patio. Mgmt was always available when needed and repairs were promptly fixed. Only reason i moved was for washer/dryer hookups at my new home. Would highly recommend this complex.

New owners of Wayside. I've never had any issues! I had a fridge leak some nasty black stuff and without question they had a new fridge in the apartment within the hour. The mystery liquid also ruined the floor so they had that replaced within a week!
