“This morning, my daughter and I walked into this store with a mission. She is a senior and needs no less than seven outfits for upcoming events. Three of the outfits have to meet specific requirements for vocal ensemble performances. Brenda greeted us warmly and didn’t even bat an eyelash at our request! She got us started and introduced us to her lovely daughter-in-law, Jennifer who blessed us with a shopping experience like I have never known. We told her what look/style”
“I had a wonderful experience at Cato's today. The 2 sales ladies Beverly and Rebecca were very welcoming. They asked if I needed any help. I was looking for some pants to wear to a couple of concerts I'm going to. Beverly suggested some pants. They did not have my size. But ReBecca was able to look them up and order them for me. I ordered 2 colors of the same kind of pants. They also suggested some jewelry. They have a lot of cute Fall colors. I definitely be going back. They are a lot cute and fashionable Fall items. Thank you Beverly and Rebecca for a wonderful shopping experiences! I will be seeing yall soon ladies.”

“Definately not what I expected to find in little ol Brownwood but I’m glad I did find it. If you’re a history buff the building has an amazing allure to it and its decor has been placed with good taste.
The staff is as friendly as anywhere I’ve been except my granny’s house, but they do really good at making you feel welcomed, appreciated, and they are available should you need assistance with something like my wife 20 times. ( I’m going to be in trouble if she ever sees this)
Anyway. The different merchandise that’s there compared to the regular ol spots is my biggest draw. Anyway. I’ve rambled. Two thumbs up. Will be going back. Love this love this love this.”
