If I could put zero stars I would. It’s was awful. The woman restroom was a mess and smelled awful. My husband couldn’t get in the men’s restroom cause it was locked. The food was from this morning (tag said made at 11am) and it looked all burnt up. We stopped by at 2 something. The worst 7Eleven I ever been too

Terrible their sandwiches have mold in them more than once and they act like they don't care the employees have attitudes have been going to the store for years and now all of a sudden they are closed at shift change but door still unlocked I was told to leave but they let the man behind me in the store plus they are always out of things I need

This place is really good and has excellent coffee but its manager richar is rude and oxeno he doesn't like us to eat there and in all the 7 elevens in this country you can heat and eat just by paying for a drink but the manager disconnects the microphone for us and the place has even been blocked with merchandise so that we cannot sit down every morning to have breakfast and I understand that the customer is always right, have a good day and I apologize for the inconvenience caused but it is really unpleasant that things like this happen to you We are daily customers at that place but I don't think we will go again.

Consistency and reliability of the store as a whole is very hit or miss. Items (chips, soda) rarely get restocked, and fountain soda machines always have portions that are “out of order.” Kitchen food is never consistent (sometimes the breakfast taco potatoes are undercooked and hard, sometimes they’re overcooked and mushy; eggs sometimes are undercooked and runny and other times they’re overcooked and rubbery). That’s if the kitchen is even open in the first place; in recent weeks the kitchen staff has not shown up for work and 3 hours after the kitchen was supposed to open the staff still has not shown up for work. Cash registers break often and the store has to operate on a cash-only basis usually about once a month. Fuel pumps regularly have pumps that don’t work and are closed.

This is the worst 7-11 in town! The wifi goes out regularly so you can't use credit or debit card, and you can't use your rewards number. The store order items, like cigarettes, coffee creamer for their coffee, etc, are out of stock on a regular basis. They close every night, supposedly 12am-1am, but I've been there at 2am and they say their closed! When I worked for Circle K we picked up trash in the parking lot every night, not at 7-11, it's always trashy.I love the tacos at 7-11, but I won't buy them here! They put the minimum amount possible in theirs, so disappointing!Best thing about this store is the Krispy Kreme guy, he always delivers!Please make this store better, good customers deserve better than this!

Will not refill coffee bar and is out of coffee all the time. Waste of gas to come here when I have to go to stripes to get what I need anyway.

Even though you can't use the app wallet or mobile checkout at this location, they stay pretty stocKed up on things! And the fountain drinks are always clean! Oh and don't run your brain ? in circles tryna decide on what type, style, or size cup of coffee to go with! ???⛽???

Horrible service after it was sold to 7-Eleven the service has become even more unpleasant. I am not surprised being that the quality of management is subpar its only natural that the people being hired are equally matched.thanks 7-Eleven for bringing such horrible service to my community.thats why I'm sticking with Hillcrest

As far as 7-Elevens go- this one is pretty great! It's always clean, friendly staff, and they are open always at convenient times. They do have signs about wearing masks, but don't always enforce that with customers- so if you are aware of that and care about that take notice.
