Terrible service when you call them. The lady that works as the service manager has an attitude and blames the store owner/manager for their OWN record keeping. If I have an issue with my pumps get it FIXED, don’t go back and forth with me on when I called in for services. How do I know if they’re actually recording everything I say when I call in?
Instead the service manager on the phone said everything looks good when they checked the last time, well it’s not. And I know because I’ve been temporarily fixing it everyday..
When they pick up the phone sounds like they’re sleeping “… A1PUMP” terrible customer service as always over the phone,
Most techs are helpful & get the job done. But the service manager acts like she has to go fix the pumps at every store. Give me a break.

We had a service at my gas station and the technicians did not got pinpad for my pump with him and my diesel pump he was not able to fix and technicians told me that he will come next day and fix it and will not charge any labor. Technician didn't came for 3 days , I called customer service and I explained what happened she was rude and told me ur gas station is too far and will charge u labor again . Tell me the service was not done any that day why should I pay labor again . I told customer service that I don't want any service from u anymore. Will call other company to compete my pending work.
