Called them at 4 am after my car broke down and they sent a guy over in 15 minutes. Great service. Bad reviews are probably from people that parked wrong.

This practice needs to be reported to city officials. Picking up a terminally I'll patient to transport to hospital ,they swoop in with no signs anywhere,at a time of night when clearly the car is creating zero problems for anyone, and this vehicle is this patients only vehicle , hes a disabled veteran on very little income and has no means of getting his vehicle out,unless he pays with the money he needs for medicine and food. .

I had called Texas Towing and the lady I spoke with was extremely helpful and informative. They only had one driver so she said it was probably going to be around 4 hours which I was fine with and she said the driver would give me a call when he’s otw. So the driver Dustin who did a fantastic job btw got to me an hour earlier than expected and service was amazing. Just want to say thanks to Texas towing and I highly recommend.

When I had to get my car towed, they were very quick and professional. The driver, Slidel, was super helpful and took care of everything.

My motor trike died due to electrical issues, I called at least 4 tow companies before I called A-1, none could help me but A-1 could. A truck showed up, then another one did. Between the 2 drivers they got my trike loaded quickly and safely. They were both friendly, personable and professional people. I recommend them whole heartedly. Good people.

Called last night about a vehicle being parked in my reserved spot. The woman that answered the phone was completely unprofessional. There was attitude when she picked up the phone. Caught even more attitude when I couldn't tell her how many tons the truck was that I was trying to get them to tow. Hate that I will unfortunately have to deal with them again because they have a contract with my apartment complex. Drivers are awesome. Dispatch sucks
