This review reflects an incident from October 2022, when this facility still operated under the name ATB Storage, before any recent changes in ownership or construction.
Back then, a manager asked my father for our storage unit key, claiming there would be an “inspection.” We had locked and secured our unit properly before that. About a week later, she returned the key and claimed she had found the unit “left open.” That made no sense—we knew it had been locked.
When we returned to check it ourselves, we found padlock secured back on the unit. But when we opened it, the inside was rummaged and ransacked, and several valuables had been stolen (see photo). No sign of forced entry. Which means someone with the key went in, stole from us, and locked it back up.
You might ask why we didn’t confront anyone. My father was handling things at the time, and we chose not to escalate. The same people involved already knew the situation. The vibe was off. We had a strong gut feeling that something shady had gone down, so we opted to stay peaceful and not stir up trouble with people we didn’t trust.
Also, there were security cameras along the building—but they looked outdated and untouched for years. If they were actually working, someone should’ve been caught. But no one ever followed up, and nothing came of it.
Even though the company may have changed since then, people deserve to know the history of this location on Fin Feather and Peppertree. So this is our story. If you rent here: document everything, never hand over your key, and don’t assume your lock is the only line of defense.

I thought it was cluttered and hard to pull trailer in or out unless you are located at very front of the storage area. Plus the first building storage renter is so very rude all he has to do was pull forward and he just flicked us off and stared for 10 minutes totally thought he was sleeping but he twitched and moved his hand but does he own the place or maybe he thinks he does. I requested my money back this was to creepy. BEWARE of a WHITE EXPEDITION 2019 MODEL he OWNS EVERYTHING! BAD BIZ!!!!
