Poor customer service! Katrina has been rude to me more than once! Brian is super friendly and helpful, but she'll never put him on the phone... Always excuses. I'm a loyal customer, but I will never buy from this store again.

The worst customer experience in my life at the Bryan location by the General Manager very racist was approved and he literally can and said my daughter was unable to rent from there didn’t even look at the application he is a poor excuse for a mgr don’t ever buy from there

Okay my wife and I have been customers for years of Aaron's at the Bryan Texas location and the reason I gave 3 stars 🌟 is because of poor customer service from 2 employees of the Bryan Texas location and I feel that the owner of Aaron's really needs to train these two individuals on how to respect customers and their names are Mike and Catrina my wife and I purchased a washer and dryer set this past Thursday and was scheduled for delivery this past Saturday so Catrina calls me to let my wife know that the delivery was on the way and the sad part about it was that she was so disrespectful to me while on the phone with her and yes it upset me and I did tell her that she was acting like a but hole and Mike calls me back 5 minutes later disrespectful to me and threatened me that he wouldn't allow me to do business at this particular store anymore so this message is for the owner you guys really need to set up a meeting with these two which is Mike and Catrina and teach them some manners and respect on how to treat their customers and if not these two are going to loose so many customers and cause this Bryan Texas Aaron's location to shut down and on a positive note you do have one employee there that knows and have great customer service and deserves a 5 star 🌟 rating and his name is Brian so Brian keep up the good work and if I were the owner you would be in charge of running the Bryan Texas Aaron's store instead of Mike and Catrina and hopefully something will be done sooner than later

I will NEVER lease from the College Station store again. I have been a customer of Arrons for years (since 2008). I love Donna & Brian, my issues are with Catrina and Mike.
Catrina is horrible and very rude! I made a promise to pay on the web site. I was called a liar, being told Arrons doesn't offer promises to pay when clearly the website says you can and I did. I received a call from Catrina telling me I was a month behind which isn't true. I tried talking to Mike but he is worse so I called corporate and reported them. Mike said some little girl from corporate doesn't concern him. This isn't the first time I've had issues with Catrina & Mike it's been over the past 3yrs they both could benefit from some sensitivity training and basic business principles. Beware furture customers.
This isn't the first time I called corporate and they DO NOT return calls so the bad behavior continues!

Horrible customer service don’t believe what they say they’ll just try to take your money and care about nothing else! Aaron’s club is a scam don’t use that bs! I promise starting a lease contract with them is not worth it! Stay away from this Store by all means !!!

Sooooooo what is crazy is at first I thought maybe I just overreacted with the customer service I received from this place don’t get me wrong they have 2 5 star employees by the name of Donna & Brian But as I can see from the previous reviews Katrina & Mike are the ones who I’m surprised haven’t gotten this store shut down with their antagonizing tactics. I’ve paid off over 10 leases in by far have never experienced such bad customer service all behind miscommunication of payment dates. They left such a bad taste in my mouth in it seems whoever is at the top of their food chain might struggle to replace them two because they’ve been getting away with such disgusting customer service in like I was told today We like paying customers 😬😬Horrible customer service so glad this will be a quick lease in no way I’ll ever rent from them again!!!

If there was no stars to be given that’s what I would put. Mike the GM is unprofessional, biased, and rude. He says their customer service can suck, but you will pay them. Whether you pay the company or you pay with a court visit. 0/0 do not recommend!!!

I recently did an order online to get the merchandise shipped to the store between 5-7 business days. I called the Aaron’s store spoke with Katrina she said it been canceled due to a write off in 2018 for a washer that I paid in full. So I got an email from Aaron’s saying sorry for a delay the merchandise is on the way so I called the store again spoke with Donna which was so nice and gave me some great information. I called back spoke with Katrina on a Monday and she said the merchandise was in store but the GM need to make a final decision whether he will lease it to me or not. So I called back today spoke with Katrina she said she spoke with the GM on Tuesday and he still haven’t made a decision. So I need to speak with someone higher because it don’t take a week to say whether or not you will lease it to me and get a delivery date. I have an online account with the lease and all.

The manager and Katrina both are very rude. Especially the manager he will like to call you Offensive Names ( being called a charity case Because I was a few days late ) threaten to call the sheriffs department. He likes to talked down to you. always trying to instigate thing. I really hope I can personally talk to Corporate.

First off, I will share that I paid off several leases with them well ahead of schedule. I won’t come back giving them any of my money again though based off how they have spoken to me. I would not recommend coming here for products thinking you’re going to get good service from the agents and managers in store. Some of them are very callous. The delivery guys are all respectful and kind so this is in no way a reflection of them. The only on-site staff member saving that places reputation if he is still there is Brian. The staff in store now intentionally misconstrues information and when life happens and people are looking for the grace that the company advertises… management is cruel to say the least. They’re confrontational and aggressive. Don’t expect to have Mike or Katrina deescalate anything. They’re the biggest problem there. I think corporate or regional really should look into better customer service, retention, and deescalation training for the staff answering calls, making calls, and taking payments. Don’t antagonize customers before even listening to what’s going on especially if they’re behind due to uncontrollable circumstances and are actively trying to find a resolution to get their account into good standing.
