I wish I could give zero stars. I had my windshield replaced here a couple of months ago, and afterward it began leaking from both the side and the center. I contacted the shop and returned to have the issue addressed, but unfortunately the problem was never resolved and the job was not redone.
After losing confidence, I went to another shop just a few minutes away. Their team was knowledgeable, professional, and explained clearly why the leak may have occurred. They redid the installation properly, offered me a discount, and even tinted my front windows at a great price.
Based on my experience, the overall workmanship and customer service at ACME did not meet my expectations. I would not return and recommend saving your time and money by choosing a more reliable shop

I suggested them to a relative because I had received wonderful service a couple of years ago. However, they couldn't calibrate on the 2025 car and knew it was likely but only told us after they changed out the windshield. They should have told us ahead of time. They said it was a problem they had had on 2025 models.

Had a small chip in my windshield and noticed a small quarter size crack forming. I stopped in to see if it could be repaired. It was very convenient, no wait. I am definitely satisfied with their prompt service and fair price! I definitely have recommend their services to others and will continue to do so!

Had a vehicle that needed a new windshield it was replaced and had extremely loud whistles. Took it back and nothing was changed... took it to safelite and they pulled it off.... They said the install was done incorrectly and showed me the glass. It had almost no adhesive and was only glued in a couple spots. They installed it correctly and the noises all went away. It cost me twice as much to get it done right but from now on I just go straight to safelite

Have been a customer of theirs for years. They do a fantastic job. Had windshields replaced and ordered glass, plexiglass, and mirrors as needed. Great customer service by Mistie.

I need to fix a very small damage on my auto glass which is covered by my insurance. ACME answered my phone immediately and explained how to set them as my insurance provider. When I got there, the staff are very friendly. My job was done within 10 minutes. I am very happy with their help. Recommend their services!

Wonderful place to get a window/glass replaced. I’ve had a dozer window, 18 wheeler back window and front window replaced. They made a template of the jd door window and then cut the plexiglass type glass and installed it to the door frame for me! Wonderful folks to work with.

I've always used Acme Glass for windshield chip repair. Recently my daughter who lives in North Texas called and needed to get a chip repair. Being new to the area, she was uncertain who to contact. I called Acme and they provided me with a great referral. It's nice to know that they take of their customers, even outside their service area! I highly recommended them for your glass needs!
