Came in to get a battery and had a great experience with Pete—super helpful and professional. Unfortunately, when I returned the next day, the service was completely different. One of the staff members (I believe her name was Marti) was rude, made assumptions about my life, and spoke unprofessionally—especially considering I used to work there. Very disappointing and not the level of respect or service customers deserve.
