Very efficient. I had electrical problems for a new (< 12 months) Silverado HD work truck. The problems were quickly diagnosed by my adviser Jared Rodriguezas as being most likely due to a recall item (the gateway module). The recall and two others were done and both batteries replaced the same day, even though the service department was backed up. Great service.

I have gone to this dealership multiple times and almost everytime they have tried to charge me for stuff that was not needed. Would not recommend unless it is an emergency.

Very happy with the entire experience. No bait and switch shenanigans, no drama, no pressure. They worked hard and got me the most for my trade in, (30% over c*rv*n*), (35% over the next best offer). We explained our situation and intention, and Blake, Boyce, & Ben, the “3B’s” worked out the best financial solution.
In 2022 life forced us to make a car purchase out of state, and at the wrong time, consequently we had enormous negative equity. This limited our options and left us no acceptable way forward, or so I thought! Turns out the 3B’s had an ingenious solution that solved that issue. I look forward to future dealings with this team of professionals as it was the best auto buying experience of my life.

Let me tell you, I am VERY picky and most of my reviews are 1 or 2 stars to businesses.
It's going to be a long one but it's worth it.
So let me tell you about my experience.
Between 5 pm and 11 pm, I contacted more than 50 Chevrolet dealerships in the whole state of Texas on the same day via their website, with a very particular demand for a vehicle.
I was very adamant about getting contacted back only by texts or emails.
The day after I was contacted by Henry by text at 9 am.
The process was enjoyable, everything was quick, smooth, and easy.
I explained to him what I was looking for, he told me what he could do and after 4 hours of ACTIVE text discussions, we were able to reach an agreement for a quote.
The next day, I e-signed the contract, and the day after I picked up the car.
It took 3 days, it was done online, it was stress-free, I was happy and everything was perfect, that's how it's supposed to be.
I need to give a special thanks to Henry who was by FAR the best individual I interacted with from all the dealers I interacted within a week.
Very knowledgeable, and easy to interact with, he never tried to put pressure on me to close a deal that I was not interested in, he was active in finding a solution to close a deal that would satisfy everybody.
He was quick in his responses to my questions, to find solutions when we were facing roadblocks.
Only good things to say about him
In the meantime, from all the other dealerships, less than 10 dealerships contacted me back and they took their sweet time to answer my questions and were not active in closing the deal, their offers were too far from my demands, they were putting barriers, only wanting to get a deal by phone calls or by me coming in the dealership which I was absolutely against.
THAT'S THE DIFFERENCE.
The Chevrolet dealership in Aggieland did everything right from A to Z while the others did not, I can't stress out how easy of a process that was.
THAT'S HOW YOU GAIN CLIENTS AND MAKE THEM LOYAL.
There are more than 3 Chevrolet dealerships less than a 15-minute drive from me, nevertheless, I wouldn't hesitate a second to drive the 3 hours round trip to Aggieland to give business to a dealership that treats their customers right and knows how to do business in a professional and timely manner.
I have planned to do the trip again once my lease stops in 2 years.

Just bought a Silverado 1500 from Octavio Cisneros at Aggieland Chevy. Octavio was polite, knowledgeable and most of all patient.
Took me a couple days and looking and driving several vehicles to get it all sorted out. Octavio never blinked just offered info and did everything he could to make us comfortable.
I can recommend Aggieland Chevy as a great place to start your search for a vehicle.
I can highly Recommend Octavio Cisneros as the person to ask for when you get there.
