Alex is always very welcoming each time I visit the store. He is helpful and patient. If there is any question he doesn't know the answer to immediately, he goes the extra mile to get the answer. I have made several purchases this year and Alex is my go to guy at AFF.

Even though we went in with full intentions to buy a mattress and ended up leaving with one. I have to say everyone that was there was not happy to see us. Granted they closed in 1 hr when we got there. No one seemed interested to help us. And then they heard our budget, their faces said even more. No actual greeting when we came through the door. The Only reason I am giving it a 3 is because we did get a good deal on a good mattress

Excellent selection of household furniture. Customer Service was excellent!!! Being on a restricted budget, Alex assisted me in finding the product I was shopping for within that affordable price range. I purchased an extremely nice quality mattress that my daughter absolutely loved.
