When I was in the hospital they would not release me till I was able to get a new hose for my c-pap machine. I got on the phone with my doctor and someone from American Home Patient. They set it up and all my daughter had to do was go pick up the new hose for me. Thank you again.

I can honestly say I have never wrote a review my entire life. All I can say is American HomePatent Is 100% trash. Worst customer service I have ever received. If you have another option I would Highly recommend going elsewhere. The only reason I put one star is because you have to in order to post your review. TRASH!!!!!!!

I had a walker that was not working right and took it in to be fixed and meet the center manager Karen she looked at it said let my service guy look and he replaced it at no cost Thanks for the great service

Trying to send an RX and the their fax machine isn't working. I asked for an electronic way to send it (a link to upload it or an email) and she said they don't have one but that I could hand deliver it. Let's try to move into the future American Homepatient.

My doctor did not want to use these people as a supplier. He would seem to agree with the negative reviews. But the supplier he wanted to use,my insurance refused to pay for. They forced me back to these people. I should have ended it right there. But reluctantly,against my better judgment,I went forward with CPAP treatment. It's been a disaster. I will be returning the equipment & ending the treatment. I was doing better without the treatment. The statistics speak for themselves. The failure/non-compliance rate in the first year is 50% The fact that the medical community is trying to stay with this treatment as the be all end all is ridiculous. Medical research needs to come up with a better solution than this. It's not as simple as sticking the mask on & operating machine. All of this is subjective & based on environment. You don't know the can of worms you are opening up. Where do you sleep? When do you sleep? How do you sleep? Back or side? Move around a lot? Where do you live? A hot,humid climate like BCS makes the success of this less likely. All of those factors come in to play. Is there a leak? Tight enough? Loose enough? Mis-aligned? Hygiene? Maintenance? Its claustrophobic. There is discomfort. The quality & quantity of my sleep is better without the mask than with it. What good is it if you can't get to sleep wearing it? America's corporate profit machine comes in to play here too. These medical supply companies have an incentive to keep people dependent on this equipment for the rest of their lives,because of the huge profits involved. They don't want alternative treatments. It's better to seek less invasive treatments,exercise & keep your weight down to improve outcomes. If it eventually kills you,just be ready to go when that time becomes apparent

Called in today to get help. The person helping me (Rainn) was very attentive. She ensured that my issue was rectified quickly. She also did some extra research to make sure that I had what I needed. Definitely enjoyed the experience and will ask for her by name when I need to call again
