Andy’s use to be my go to shop for auto repairs. But lately their service has tanked. Took our delivery van in for some small issues (needed front brakes, blower was taking awhile to turn on, and it was starting to run on the warmer side). My thermostat was under warranty so they only charged me labor to replace it but proceeded to replace my blower motor (which didn’t fix the problem), replaced my rotors and pads (I’ve taken the van back 3 times due to the grinding sound when applying the brakes and sent videos showing what’s happening and they haven’t fixed it), and they replace the driver side blend door actuator which now constantly makes a popping sound. And yes I’ve taken it back for them to fix that too but again nothing. So after spending over $1100 and them not fixing my issues I will never use Andy’s again.

Was in a jam. Out of town. Freon leak. Called a half dozen mechanics. Nobody could get the car in, except Andy's. In an hour ,the leak was fixed. Fair price and back on the road.

There are new owners that overcharge for very poor quality work. You'll spend less time and money going to the dealership. Andys outo will improperly fix your car and then charge for labor and parts to fix the mistake. And still may not fix the issues

Being new to the city is very stressful trying to find someone you can trust to work on your car.I Drove to Andy's stressed out because I didn't know what was wrong with my car.They quickly jumped up to help me, they explained everything to meIn detail, the office staff was very generous and friendly, they were very professional and quick they even went above and beyond and put my child's car seat securely back in the car when they were done. To make a long story short,I feel confident again being on the road, and now I know I have mechanic I can trust. My car rides like it's brand new and it's 20 years old. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE !!!Worst experience told me it was something and then was like nvm then && I told them to ask me before anything call me … they disconnected eveything with out me telling me and then just bc I m a woman think I m not going notice well as soon as I got home 5 fuses Where disconnected still did not fix anything very up set took for one thing came out worst work like badI ask them to give me opinions which ones would be best specifically but not work itService: Electrical repair

DO NOT GO HERE, THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CAR OR MAKE IT WORSE THAN IT WAS. If I could give them no stars I would. Worst experience I’ve had at any repair shop. Went in for a simple diagnostic. I drove my car there hadn’t had any issue with it shutting off or anything. At one point while in their possession they couldn’t even get it to start. They told me I just needed 4 spark plugs and valve cover gasket. Once I received my car back it was smoking which it hadn’t been initially. The vehicle turned off 2x on my way home (hadn’t been doing that before I took it to them). The never said “oh this a serious issue and should be fixed today or you shouldn’t drive the car.” This was Friday I was supposed to bring it back Monday to be repaired. I found someone that could fix it Saturday but as I was on my way to the new mechanic my car stopped and this time it didn’t turn back on. The new mechanic advised me the engine was blown. I paid Andy’s a diagnostic fee of $112 less than 24 hrs prior and they didn’t say anything about the engine being blown. I have no idea what kind of business these people are running but based on other reviews they have a history of ruining cars. If you want to keep your car, take it somewhere else!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Man please i beg of yall do no take yall car to this place man my car was running i drove it to them and it had to be towed home after they “worked” on it they misdiagnosed my car 3 times broke 2 belts overcharged for parts and didn’t put them back on took the car in for an oil leak got it back with an even bigger oil leak i have video proof of her saying she didnt change the timing seal although they knew the seal was bad they just glued the same seal on my car is currently not running all because of this shop definitely in the process of a lawsuitServices: General repairs & maintenance

I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR TO ANDY'S EVER AGAIN...THEY TOLD ME IT WAS SPARK PLUGS TOLD ME THT IT WAS 200$ ODD DOLLARS.. CALLED THE NEXT DAY TO PICK MY CAR UP... IT WAS THE CAMSHAFT THEY HAD TO ORDER IT... SO THE PRICE WENT UP TO 400$ ODD DOLLARS... CALLED BACK SATURDAY TO CHECK TO SEE IF IT WAS READY THE PART CAME.NOW THE TOTAL IS 557$ .. THEIR CLOSED ON SUNDAYS.. MONDAY THEY TOLD ME THT THEY HAD TO ORDER ANOTHER CAMSHAFT..SAID IT WOULD BE IN THE NEXT MORNING..THT WAS MONDAY ITS WEDNESDAY ND THE PART STILL HAVENT CAME... CALLED THUS MORNING ND THE PART STILL HASNT CAME FRM THE ORDER ON MONDAY...THEY BEEN HAD MY CAR FOR A WEEK TODAY ND THE PART STILL HASNT CAME...ITS A BIG INCONVENIENCE IT SEEMS LIKE THEY CARE MORE ABOUT THE MONEY THAN U HAVING TO MISS WRK ND APPOINTMENTS.. IF I COULD GIVE THEM NO STARS THT WOULD B THE RATING I WOULD GIVE... THEY WILL NEVER IN LIFE GET MY BUSINESS AFTER I GET MY CAR BACC...PPL TOLD ME NT TO TAKE MY CAR TO THEM... I KNW NOW ...
