General Manager met us at the car, showed us the perfect refrigerator, loaded it up and even gave us a tie down strap to use. Would definitely recommend.

I will never go anywhere else for appliances! These men were incredible and friendly and so so helpful! Wonderful selection and quick checkout. Absolutely fantastic business! Go here before any other big box store for sure 👍👍

Worked with Mario in the Bryan location. Very knowledgeable and supportive in the buying process. Needed a washer, dryer, and fridge. Mario was able to support my family and give us a great deal on some great products. Highly recommend their services.

I'm very big on customer service so I did my research on appliance stores and ended up here after reading reviews, specifically regarding MARIO. My husband and I were both very happy with our purchase. Mario is doing the Lord's work and earned our business for life.

I recently visited Appliance Outfitters and met the sales manager Mario. He was very helpful, knew the products, and answered all of my questions. Unfortunately, my dryer quit working so Aaron and Dillan came to my phouse and did some troubleshooting. They are also knowledgeable and knew right away the problem.My 25 year old dryer died. The last dryer I purchased was used and it lasted forever so I decided to purchase another used dryer. We are retired and my husband has back issues but thanks to Appliance Outfitter they are delivering my dryer tomorrow, taking away the dead one , and installing my “new to me “ dryer. My husband will not have to lift a finger. I call that great customer service!

Appliance Outfitters has all of your appliances needs! Mr. Mario the stores sales manager was very professional, super knowledgeable and very attentive when it came down to knowing what we wanted! We told him and he walked us to the exact washer and dryer set we wanted! The dryer was missing a trim piece down along the bottom and Mario was quick to take care of it for us. Him and his team got it ordered and coming for us and will be picking the dryer up as soon as he’s got it fixed up For us! Highly Highly recommend!!

Brandon was amazing. So sweet, helpful and courteous. He even asked us if the refrigerator door was opening to the correct side, which we hadn’t even thought about. Also, they have a very clean bathroom with fancy soap. 10/10, I’d recommend.
