If you need to transfer plates, this is not the dealership for you. I was specifically told by my salesperson, Ben Sasser, that my DV could be transferred (never had any issues before with other dealerships). They did not transfer my plates which is a discounted rate, charged me the full rate for their plates and never said anything! I had to go to the tax office to transfer them, pay antoher fee and will have to submit paperwork for the refund and hope it is approved. Also, I have asked multiple times for the documentation from my purchase but it still has not been provided. I will also file a complaint with TxDMV.

Story time: they sold me a car with no airbags!!
Bought a barely used 2023 Chevy Malibu with a clear history from this Toyota (under 5,000 miles on it). 6 months in, my transmission goes out and Chevy informs me that they can’t do it under factory warranty because the transmission was swapped for a (their words) “junkyard transmission”. I had to fight tooth and nail to get Toyota to cover the repair, then, after agreeing as if it was a favor, they refused to pay for my rental car as it was repaired. Then 6 months later, an alert tells me to service the safety restrain system. Again I was informed that it could not be done under factory warranty because it did not have original parts. In fact, the sensor that tells the alert system that the airbags are good to go had been sealed together with after market parts. I had driven this vehicle around 20,000 miles with NO WORKING AIRBAGS. Toyota essentially shrugged their shoulders as the original owners hadn’t informed them either, making their negligence to properly inspect the vehicle, not their fault right?? They offered to replace the vehicle, however my original sales rep lied on my application’s financials without asking me, getting me approved for this vehicle when I truthfully should not have. Therefore they couldn’t approve me for ANY other vehicle. This means the car just ended up repossessed. Leaving me without a vehicle. They never lifted a finger to make this right. They never did more than plug in the code reader, which found nothing, so they called it good and sold it. I was informed by legal advisors that this would have actually gone better for me had I wrecked and ended up injured from the lack of active airbags. Maybe then they would’ve been held responsible…

I cant begin to tell you how easy our salesman Benjamin Sasser and Bryan College Station Toyota made buying a car! We live about 1.5 hours away, our local dealership was not wanting to deal on a new car so Benjamin and I made the deal over the phone.
Most people find buying a car and going to the dentist equally painful but Benjamin made it so easy!
From first contact he was upfront and very kind and considerate. He answered all my questions and I had a bunch of them, I haven't bought a new car in 13 yrs.
Once at the dealership , we were treated so well. I have never bought a car as quickly as we did here, in and out in just over an hour.
Benjamin took the time to explain most everything he could on our new car, but I didn't realize that operating a 2025 car is like flying the space shuttle, new technology wow is all I can say and when did the owners manual become the size of war and peace!
If you need or want to buy a car, first go to Bryan/College Station Toyota , second go straight to Benjamin Sasser.
You cant wrong with either, they have my business from now on!

James delivered our 2026 Grand Highlander to our house which is 150 miles from the dealership. He answered all our questions and explained all of the features of the vehicle. It was the best car buying experience my wife and I had ever had and we have been buying Toyota vehicles since 1994. Thanks again James for helping us.
