Collin has been working at the Briarcrest at&t store in Bryan, TX for as long as I can remember. I drive out of my way to come to this store because of the GREAT TEAM it has, but I'm especially happy when Collin is the one who assists me in the queue. He is very knowledgeable and efficient, which makes my transaction ( even the desperate broken phone situations since I use my phone for work ) much less stressful.

Go see Stone. He is the best salesperson I’ve dealt with in a long time. Very personable and has a great sense of humor. More importantly he was patient and didn’t rush us when what we needed wasn’t clear cut.

I’ve literally been sitting here waiting for customer service since I walked in at 6pm, it’s 6:36pm and I’m literally 4th in line this is terrible.

The store was very busy with a constant flow of customers coming in.
The manager, Alejandro, is an amazing leader.
I witnessed him asking various employees to check-in people as they walked in (if he was waiting on a customer and didn't want to pull himself away from them again).
All of the employee's had a great attitude toward their manager's request.
Everyone was waiting on customers and they all had to excuse themselves from their customer to check-in people as they walked in & I think it all went so well.
It's easy to see that they have a mutual respect for each other in that store...that's hard to find these days.
It was so nice to be greeted, checked in and get the feeling that, even though they were busy, they were doing their absolute best to take care of all the needs of us.
Jonathan took care of me & was so compassionate to my concerns about my account features. He went above and beyond to help me and DID help me versus just saying that he couldn't help me.
He excused himself & went to consult his manager & together they were determined to and were able to take care of me....WHAT AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE THAT WAS!!!
I truly felt appreciated for being the long time customer, with many lines, that I am.
Many times, in the past, I've had AT&T store employees, in New Orleans, give up on helping me with a problem & basically dismiss me(but not at this location at Briarcrest & 29th in Bryan,TX).
They have always been awesome. As a matter of fact, I try to wait until I'm in Texas to go take care of my AT&T business at that location.
I love being an AT&T customer. I say that with great pride!

Out of all the companies that I've been with me AT&t is always been a good place to go for your phone the reason I say this because no matter your age as soon as you walk in that door they attend to you even though they're busy I thank you very much for the appreciation that you take over your customers I am one of your customers and I thank you very much you have a blessed day anyone that needs attendant please go to AT&t they will be there for you always God bless

I drive all the way from Cypress, Texas to this Bryan, Texas store for Leslie!!! She has been taking care of all my wireless needs since 2014. Her attentiveness and customer service is unmatched! She always goes above and beyond for her customers. She's Top Tier for sure and deserves all the accolades for what she brings and how she helps grow this company.
