Went to this location in 2022 and had a wonderful experience but went there again in 2025 and it was very poor. Should have been a very easy guaranteed sale and would need little help setting up my phone. The woman who assisted me continuously talked down to me for no reason. Don’t go here. Do it yourself online. Basically worthless to pick your phone up in person if the employees are going to be rude for no reason.

Not the best experience at this location. It is disappointing when you seek help from an employee who works in customer service and they treat you with rudeness and attitude. If you don’t like helping customers, then don’t work in customer service. I will never visit this store again all because of rude employees.

I was very disappointed with the service. She was very rude and rushed the process and had attitude multiple times towards me and my mom. I understand if she was having a bad day, but that's a lot of money to spend on a phone and then to have the sales associate act like we were bothering her by just wanting her to do her job. Next time we will be going to a different store.

Went in to upgrade my wife's phone.
Claudia is awesome. She knew what she was doing and this was the best AT&T store experience I've had in over 20+ years of being a customer. Claudia needs a raise in her salary!!

Went in to look at options to upgrade my phone and Emily went above and beyond to get me what I needed. She was extremely knowledgeable about the plans and products they carry. She was friendly and I left much happier than when I arrived. Ask for Emily when you go to this location.

I came to this store n talk to Tamara woods cause Walmart messed over us bad with atnt service when I tell you Tamara went all out to get our phone service right yes she did so I advice y'all to ask for her she gone get the job done nice n friendly young lady if I had a business I would definitely hire her thank you Tamara so much
