“I recently took my car to Lapp's after comparing local rates, and I am so glad I did. Not only did they have the best rates around, but all of the glowing reviews are 100% accurate. The owner is incredibly honest, friendly, and professional. Instead of immediately rushing to tell me I needed to buy expensive replacement body parts or panels, he actually put in the manual labor to fix the existing damage cleanly and effectively. It is rare to find an independently owned body shop with this level of integrity and skill. If you want trustworthy, high-quality bodywork, look no further!”

The guys in the office are amazing and extremely helpful, if I could give them 10 stars I would. Will definitely buy my next trailer through these guys again.”

“Everyone in the shop was super nice and Oscar was incredibly helpful! I came in because part of my bumper was having trouble staying on. Oscar offered me a couple options: I could either go through with a full repair, or he could try a couple simpler fixes. I chose a simpler fix due to my budget, so Oscar used some super strong adheasive to keep the bumper on. The whole thing took only 15 minutes and he didn't even charge me. Very kind of him. Thank you to Oscar and his team! I'll definitely be back for any more auto body issues.”

“I called A & M Twin Body Shop today and spoke with a wonderful lady who listened to my concerns about the front of my SUV. She told me to bring it in for them to take a look. I explained that I wouldn’t get off work until 4:45 p.m., and she kindly assured me they would still be able to help. When I arrived, she greeted me with open arms and made me feel so welcome. Her kindness was truly appreciated. Then I met John Ed Velasquez, the owner, and he was just as amazing. He came outside, looked at my SUV, and told me he could take care of it that same day. That immediately put a smile on my face and gave me so much relief. In less than 30 minutes, my SUV was fixed! I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Everyone at A & M Twin Body Shop was friendly, professional, and genuinely down-to-earth. I highly recommend A & M Twin Body Shop to anyone looking for honest, fast, and exceptional service. Thank you all for taking such great care of me!”

“I took my car a couple of years ago to this place and the service was fantastic. I remember the owner told me he could not work on my car because they were installing insulation in the shop. Nevertheless, I left my car with him and he had the work done the following day. Very efficient and very good work. My car's radiator has not given me any problems.”

“I had a fender bender and my insurance company sent me to them. Everything was approved by my insurance while we there getting our estimate for the insurance company. They asked if we could leave it now instead of bringing back another day. We said yes happily. They gave us a ride home. They called with updates during the week which I appreciated. Was supposed to be picked up Friday. On Friday they found another sensor needed to be replace. They got it late in the day. They closed at 5:30pm but they said to come down at 5:30, they would stay late so I could pick it up. I really appreciated this as they are closed Saturday and Sunday, not many companies would go out of their way to stay late so I wouldn't have to wait until Monday for my car. Big kudos to Caliber Collision!!!!”

“Awesome tunes. I fully restored a 2000 Ford 7.3 Excursion. It had a reman transmission when I purchased it. The torque converter in 3rd and 4th would locked up almost instantly making the drivability of this truck horrible. After speaking to a transmission specialist, they recommended gearhead automotive performance tunes. I purchased the Hydra from them and once I had it installed the very same day I purchased custom tunes. I had the new custom tunes in less than 2 days . All my xmsn issues and poor drivability for the Excursion are gone. Thank you guys. The truck shifts perfect and its finally fun to drive.”

“An Unforgettable One-Trip Buying and Selling Experience! I had been searching for the used truck when Ian reached out and told me about BYOT. From the very start, james (ian) went above and beyond — not only by introducing me to a parts yard that as well sells cars and trucks I might not have considered, but by personally guiding me through what to expect and explaining how they could make the process smooth and stress-free. His encouragement and insight convinced me it was worth making the 70-mile trip on a Saturday to buy the truck . when buying over the phone before saturday we discovered an unexpected issue with the truck I had planned to buy. At first, I thought my plans and time might be wasted. But thanks to james (ian) and Jordan, what could have been a frustrating situation turned into an absolutely amazing experience. From the moment the problem was discovered, both of them went to work immediately. They handled everything they could over the phone, so that my trip became just one smooth, efficient visit where everything was ready and taken care of. Their speed, professionalism, and dedication were truly remarkable. James (ian) and Jordan didn’t just fix the problem — they found me a better truck than the one I originally wanted, and for the same price! To give me total peace of mind, Ian sent detailed pictures and videos of the replacement truck, Jordan’s attention to detail and fast communication made the entire process even easier, and together they made sure I felt completely confident in my decision before I even arrived. On top of that, selling my own vehicles to BYOT was incredibly simple. They handled both my truck and SUV with zero hassle, making the entire buying and selling process seamless. Their amazing prices on used parts add even more value, whether you’re buying, selling, or maintaining a vehicle. What could have been a frustrating, stressful trip turned into an unforgettable, seamless experience thanks to Ian, Jordan, and the entire BYOT team. Their honesty, care, and tireless effort to make things right are rare and remarkable. I’m beyond satisfied with my purchase and I highly recommend BYOT to anyone looking for a vehicle, used parts, or a truly stress-free, one-trip experience. Ian and Jordan didn’t just help — they made this experience extraordinary!”
