“I called and went to several places for an estimate on painting my 2002 F-350 hood, redoing clear coat, and fixing a dent. Mr. Lapp's estimate was super fair, with a promise to have the truck done in a week. He actually calls you back!! I dropped it off on Monday and they were done on Friday morning. The truck looks amazing! I would highly suggest Lapp's for repairs and repainting your auto. They are extremely friendly, affordable, and efficient. A+++”

“I had a fender bender and my insurance company sent me to them. Everything was approved by my insurance while we there getting our estimate for the insurance company. They asked if we could leave it now instead of bringing back another day. We said yes happily. They gave us a ride home. They called with updates during the week which I appreciated. Was supposed to be picked up Friday. On Friday they found another sensor needed to be replace. They got it late in the day. They closed at 5:30pm but they said to come down at 5:30, they would stay late so I could pick it up. I really appreciated this as they are closed Saturday and Sunday, not many companies would go out of their way to stay late so I wouldn't have to wait until Monday for my car. Big kudos to Caliber Collision!!!!”
“I was recommended to come here to get my bumper fixed. It has been dragging and been in pretty bad condition for a while now. When I got here, a very nice man told me he would fix it for me temporarily until I figured out what I’d be doing with my car when it’s fully paid off in 2 months. Matt and Chris Moore know their stuff when it comes to fixing a leaking roof, going beyond typical replacement of the membrane to using an indestructible spray-on coating that can withstand abuse far greater than anything an RV manufacturer provides. “I came in looking for break lights after getting pulled over a couple blocks away. I was stressed and a bit wound up after getting pulled over but Landon was quick to find what I needed. When I asked if he knew anything about installing them he said he’d have to look it up on my kind of car. He pulled up YouTube and after a short look he said it was one of the easy installs and he could help me do it.
He grabbed a socket wrench, removed the bolt screws, showed me the bulb to replace, recommended bulb grease (given this is Texas I agreed) and demonstrated the install on each side. I started looking up socket wrench kits on Amazon hoping to find one with the 10 bolt, he said it’s the most common size.
He was very humble and patient with my questions and even when I felt like I could be getting annoying he never seemed annoyed. I’d recommend this location to anyone. I walked in nervous and tired and walked out able to solve the problem on my own next time. I told his supervisor that he taught a woman to fish.
Shout out again to my appreciation for all Landon’s help. Though I don’t want another light to go out, I’m glad I can replace it next time.”

“I've been here twice. Once for many major repairs back in 2023 and I just returned for a minor fog light repair issue. I find the owner and his staff to be very honest and will not try to price gouge you. I originally was going to take my car to Toyota but every time I bring my car to the BCS dealership for an oil change, they see I'm a woman by myself and come up with some $1000+ issue every single time. This most recent time, I came in for a quote with Mohamad (no appointment needed) on Monday afternoon. I was ready to bring in my car Wednesday morning and the issue was fixed in about an hour at a very reasonable price. I super appreciate being able to go a place to get my car body worked on where they aren't going to upcharge me. Love that it's a family-run business as well!”
